My experience

I have in reviewed the situation and having discussed the matter is great detail with a very understanding, patient highly intelligent and completely helpful member of staff I realise that the misunderstanding stems from the manner in which my broker conducted business. The 5 stars are completely deserved and so I have amended my review and hope I have not caused any negative feelings for your establishment by my first attempt at a review. My previous review was before I understood crypto. Now that I know more about it I can see that Jubier is a good place to buy and store crypto. They do good at protecting your info as well.

I have checked our records, and it looks like some of your orders were placed outside of our working hours. We are based in Estonia, so there will be a considerable time zone difference, and if you place the orders while we are offline, they will need to be processed later than usual.
Regardless, you have some orders that are placed within the good time frame, and they are settled within one to two hours, as is expected.

If you are referring to the fact that it is taking longer than usual for the Bitcoins to be sent out, this differs from case to case, as it is up to the Blockchain to validate the transactions.

Still, one of my colleagues will reach out to you and discuss this matter further.

Last but not least, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and we will look further into reducing waiting times.

I wasted a lot of time trying to use my US credit cards to purchase bitcoin. I made one purchase because it got past the fraud detection depth of one of the credit cards.
Apparently there are only two US credit cards that allow crypto purchases , USAA and one type of AMEX card.
You should inform US customers of this before they attempt to purchase.

Purchasing bitcoins differs from bank to bank and the restrictions the customers of the bank impose themselves. It is not a matter of us accepting certain types of cards, but rather banks validating payments to crypto currency exchanges.

Despite this, our financial department has been made aware of this situation and we will further look into this matter. Last but not least, we recommend that you also contact your bank regarding this type of payments.

DON'T use them

A 3rd party opened a "guest account" with Jubiter using my details and transferred bitcoin to an external account. They secure two factor identification is rubbish as they easily accepted copy of my docs from someone else and they didnt even bother that the person opening the guest account used incorrect personal details. I have disputed the transactions and Jubiter showed no sympathy or help to solve my issue. Now they hiding behind the term of "guest account" and that the bitcoin where transferred to an "external account". My advise is steer away from them as they clearly dont mind that their services are used to scam people out of their hard earned money. Update to Jubiter 25.05: I already have spoken to your dispute department about this and as I said no help been offered. I made this review so people are aware and carefully and dont end up losing money like me. I believe the option of using a guest account with yourselves gives the opportunity to unlawful traders to scam money out people. Because of a guest account I have not received any "sign up" email from yourselves, which would alert me and make me look into it more. The 2 step secure identification hasn't been made. I just hope in future your company will take seriously that rough traders use You as a 3rd party to con peoples savings out. People with guest account should have a limit on purchases to make sure that they understand what they are doing. In the matter of 20 minutes I have lost thousands.

The issues that you have described are serious. We understand your frustration and the situation that you are in. If the Bitcoins have been transferred externally, we are not able to retrieve any information about the recipient except the Bitcoin wallet.
Each order is individually checked before being processed and each order goes through the 3D verification system. If your order was processed, that means that the transaction was verified by Visa/MasterCard.

As such, please get back to us and provide some identification details regarding your account, such as your email address or order number.

I am sorry, but this is more of a question, rather than a review...I do not know where else to go for help. So once again, I apologise...
I just joined "jubiter" today (sunday), and I baught some bitcoin with my card. It said that everything went trough ok, and I got the email stating my confirmation number and all that, BUT, when I go to my wallet, it still says "pending", right next to my transaction...
Why is that??? I read some reviews, and it says that once you got your confirmation number sent to your email, that the bitcoin is approved and funds should of been transferred to my bitcoin automatically...
It's now been like 5, 6 hrs, and it still says
"pending "... why is that??

Ridiculous delays

Ridiculous delays. I tried to send a transaction, and they delayed 14 hours in even sending it to blockchain. By the time the transaction was sent, blockchain was clogged up with a lot of other transactions, and the fee that would have been reasonable at the time I sent, was no longer sufficient to confirm the transaction. It's now been more than 48 hours and my transaction is still stuck, I don't have my coins, and support has been completely useless.

This is simply due to the large amount of transactions around the time when the halving happened. We are aware that the delays have been very long, however once the transfer is pending we cannot speed that process up.

very ambivalent about this crowd. still doing some research. putting it at the best for this company, their website appears to be a happy hunting ground for scammers. to what extent they are involved, I have no idea at the moment.

PS on 27 July I got most of my money back from third party that was involved in the transaction

They are taking to much time to approve…

They are taking to much time to approve the transfer . that's too much time they need to get in gear a speed up the process I've been waiting for them to approve my sending request since 8:30am it's Already 3pm and nothing very very bad they have not even approved my request

This is due to the blockchain being under heavier load than usual. With the Bitcoin halving, the amount of daily transactions increased, at at the time of writing my reply, there are over 50,000 pending transaction, with the peak being not too long ago, with 80,000+ transactions waiting approval.

They calm everything is instant

They calm everything is instant , however that is not the case. For one Ive waited over 24 hours just to see my Bitcoin added to my account. Secondly once you send it out through the blockchain using there platform it still has to get approved first before being released through the blockchain and this can take additional 24 hours or so even though they say “up to 6 hours” considering they will be closed during that time. The overall process can be a hassle and very time consuming. I highly recommend going with Coinbase or even Cash App (Sqaure) to purchase bitcoin, which is way more instant and way less of hassle. I really wish I knew this before doing all of this.

*UPDATE please realize they claim it’s the blockchain fault and it happens on rare occasions but reading other reviews and other people mentioning the same thing makes me worried that they can scam you. You may or may not be lucky enough to se your money so be aware

We do apologize for the delays you have encountered. As we have discussed, the delay was caused by further security procedures that unfortunately, slowed down the process significantly.

The regular processing times for orders is 1-2 hours. After that, engaging in external transfers depends strictly on the Blockchain. I've checked the mempool of it and on May 14th, there is an increase of pending transactions, further delaying the transfer ( Jubiter has no power over this mempool - it is blockchain related)

Regardless, your feedback is important, and we will further look into improving the time it takes for the order to be settled and mainstreaming our policies.

Be very careful do not use this company

Be very careful I put money in an account 2 weeks ago after deciding that I didn’t want to go ahead I’m still waiting for a refund can’t hear me down the telephone it will be back in your bank tomorrow please stop calling we are busy all excuses that I have had so they can keep my money longer and probably charge me extra fees I’ve got got my bank looking into getting my money back don’t go anywhere near expert trader which is the company that will have your money
