Terrible company. Impossible to contact. The lights I purchased are faulty and I cannot contact the company to arrange return and refund.

Bought a 500EUR light from them. It took over 3 months to be delivered, arrived shipped directly from China with missing pieces and scuffed metal pieces. No instructions whatsover on how to assemble or install. Terrible service overall - not worth the headache.

China is not in italy. Just buy it from amazon.

Horrible product quality and service. The lamp arrived broken, wrapped in a Chinese newspaper, the quality of the product is very low. No replacement, no refund so far. They do not reply to support tickets.

This company will scam you. After I returned their items they did not return my money (237€) and they have ghosted me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Dont get fooled: all positive reviews are fake! They will send you poor quality products, probably not the ones you ordered.

I saw the exact same items on Temu for 10% of the price. They don't seem to be as climate friendly as they claim

Bought two lamps from Juglana. They arrived quick and in perfect order, however the style was not fitting my flat. I contacted customer service and the communication was great. I was able to send them back and get a refund. I must mention that the delivery was in France and they might have changed their return policy since, but personally I had a very pleasant experience and would totally recommend purchase from them.

I ordered a lamp from this website, after two months they have not even shipped the product, I asked for and did not receive a refund. As with the other reviewers we found out they were drop shippers too late. They do not respond to emails, the number does not work, and they have removed the chat functionality that they tell you to use from their website. The person who runs this site, Lukas Knaebel, is a crook. Look out for his other site too vekja.de and pd-planet.com.

I waited for my order 2 months or more, they didn't answer my emails and in the and when my order arrived, I found out they sent me wrong colour and now they don't respond.
Total crap.

Ordered a lamp on 19th Jan. no tracking info, item not sent, no responses to emails or their web based chat. Fraudulent company.

Bought a lamp, wanted to return it. They never answered. 200€ down the drain.

Very nice online shop. Our Italian retro lamp was delivered faster than stated in the shop. The quality was surprisingly good and the beautiful designer piece fits perfectly in our kitchen. Everything perfect, can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Avoid at all costs! The product that arrived was cheap quality and broken. I asked for a replacement and they kept promising it had been posted but never came. I got ghosted since asking for a refund. A total total scam!

Poor Chinese quality. The product is cheap and doesnt look like the ones in the web page.

Dropshipper, product comes from China. Lamps finally arrived. Quality is reasonable.

Don't buy here. The article isn't at all as expected. A plug is missing and all together it looks very cheap. I mailed Juglana.de, but I didn't hear anything back. Frauds.
