Order cancelled without telling me
I made an order and received notofication.
No further update to my order was recieved.
I emailed them but recieved no response.
Only after not recieving the order I checked my account and saw tgat my purchase had been refunded.
I wont order from them again

Absolute shocking
Absolute shocking. Ordered 10 vapes and all of them are past sell by date. Got refunded 6 pound. What a joke of a company. Avoid at all cost. Based in Huddersfield and are being reported to trading standards and environmental health I there local council

Batch info and Best Before Removed
X4 100ml Shortfill bottles ordered - all have had the label trimmed and the part removed with batch number and best before. Only reason would be it's past the best before - pretty shady and not good regarding batch issues.
Feels like a trading standards breach to me, not impressed.
