Great service
Great service. Ordered online in the morning. I received an email a couple of hours later saying the colour of the mod that I ordered was out of stock. I was offered an alternative colour or a full refund. I selected a different colour. It was ready to pick up that afternoon.

My order was wrong & I have emailed twice with no reply.
Sent wrong pods ordered 0.6 rdtl pods & received 0.6 mtl pods which I didn’t order.
I have used in the past & had no problems.
If they get in touch it would be grateful but 3 days La& nothing.

Dear Klerk thanks for your feedback, You sent us an email 18th April 11.04am and 11.07 , 2 emails within matter off 3 minutes. We wish we could post a screenshot. You did not even allow us 24 hours to reply but ended up leaving 1 star review. There is no different type of 0.6 pods, just one type. Vaporesso changed their packaging and start putting in classifications, in reality they don't have two types of 0.6 pods. Howevee if you are not happy with it you can send it back to us for a full refund. We will reply you with exactly same text. As much as we look after our customer as a small business we do not appreciate unfair reviews.

Good service and the batteries arrived quickly and were very well packaged
I have used this company before and the service was very good so I decided to use them again. I placed the order and got a message saying that they didn't have enough stock to fill the order, but they gave me some options for replacement batteries instead, once I'd checked out the replacement batteries and worked out they were a good replacement I confirmed them. The order arrived very quickly and was very well packaged. I will definitely be using them again, it all went very well

The other order you have placed on 3rd March, which you have emailed us to refrund, your refund has been processed 5th of March. We have also communicated with you from our 2nd email on 6th March and explained our automated outbound email was not working hence we have sent you the tracking information manually from our backup email address. You even replied back your acknowledgement. You were still emailing to our email which does not work, Please do not leave unfair review, we are a small business work hard to keep our reputation.
