How Awful A Service. People BEWARE!
Further to the order of a juice mate (two) 19 days ago. I'm still waiting on the delivery of my order. Or indeed a response to my many emails.
Requesting advice as to a delivery date or details of their cancellation and refund process. As the timeframe of which is acceptable for a delivery service
is extensive by standards of what would be considered a good service: given the usual timeframe is anything
from 24hrs to 7
working days.
I'm afraid patience has
now become a concern that the delivery of my order is somewhat void
of receipt. - Along with my payment.
How awful a service. People beware!

I think that you have given a review to the wrong company. Juicemate.co.uk is a UK company that sells Vape related products, and is not related to the Juice Mate product that takes the juice out of fruits.

Above and beyond great customer service.
I was having a difficult time getting hold of a specific model and trying to find a trustworthy site. I eventually purchased it from Juicemate but was then contacted by a member of the team, Nick, to inform me that unfortunately the item has become unavailable and that this was something that needed to be updated on their site.
Rather than simply cancelling the order or ignoring the issue, Nick went out of his way to source a suitable replacement for me, to the point where he ordered a model in especially for me. It arrived promptly and works exactly how I would want it to.
Fantastic service and proven to be very trustworthy from this experience!

Great choice of products
The web site was easy to navigate around and plenty of products to view. The delivery took a while 🙄 but some of the fault for that was due to the postal strike. The package was slightly damage on delivery but no harm was done to the items

No delivery no response from company
Placed order 23rd Nov 2022. Now 1st December and still no sign of it. Emailed 3 times, no response at all. No telephone number to call either. Not convinced by this company now. I will need to claim fraudulent activity through the bank. Other vape companies are delivering within a couple days. Something isn't right here. Looks like I'm not the only one who's been let down.

The vape liquid is ok but does burn rather fast, and the bottles no longer have a good 'soft' spot to aid squeezing...... can only suggest that Quality Control is lacking, I'll be looking else where from now on. There are better cheaper deals on line with the vape liquid equally as good as Juicemate, but virtually half the price.
I am using a 1.2 Ohm Pocket X AIO UK and a Tank volume 2 Millilitres the same as I have used for several years.
