Good product, took just over a week to get here but that was probably more to to with the postal strikes not you fault. Will be ordering again.

Still not arrived…
Ordered on 22/10/22 still not arrived as of writing 31/10/22. I am aware of RM 1 day strike on Tuesday but even so I have received other items ordered same day from other companys without a problem. No way of tracking my order to see if Royal Mail at least have it.

I ordered some vape from you which I havnt had I had 1 e mail from them saying give it some more time because of the postal strike and several e mails later and still no response from them I am very disappointed in them and will never shop from them again neither will I recommend them perhaps I should of read the reviews first because there are quite a few with the same experience the date given is a estimate I had not long came out of hospital and had to give up smoking a very bad experience

I have ordered on July 29th
I have ordered on July 29th. Received an email that order has been completed. I dont know if it means that it has been delivered. I did not receive any shipping details. I dont have an option to track it as well. There is no customer service number for.me.to contact but I have sent email and I am still waiting for there response.
They replied to my email and said order complete means it has already been shipped out. Received the item today. 😄
