I placed an order just over a week ago, #JM408
Items still haven’t been received and they don’t reply to emails!
Order on their website is saying complete, which is interpret as dispatched and received which is not the case!
There is no contact number and will have to raise a fraud case with my bank!
Thanks for appalling service! Company is a disgrace

Easy, accessible website. Fast delivery, even over Xmas hols. Very good range of flavours. I ordered the lambert and butler and the marlboro flavours. The best tobacco based flavours I've tried. Will be ordering again.
