Lucky Escape
I ordered an Angel Juicer during the Black Friday sales as it was discounted and they are expensive. It also came with lots of free gifts. I found the customer service, concerning contact details for delivery, to be deceitful and I was also badgered into providing alternative details.
Despite their autoreply reply email, concerning the pin code, clearly stating that it can be sent via text or email, I was told that DPD wouldn't send a pin code via email, which is untrue and that the warehouse won't call landlines. The issue with the warehouse is that they want to call the customer before dispatch. This is an unadvertised, extra step.
As the product was not dispatched due to the inconvenience of this extra step, I had an extra day to reflect on a process that seemed problematic from start to finish. I read the one-star reviews here on Trustpilot, concerning after-sales service, and decided to cancel the order immediately.
As the goods had not been shipped the refund was processed the same day and quickly arrived a few days later. However, I had also emailed asking them to remove the alternative contact details from their system and to reply confirming this had been done. Having lost the sale, they didn't reply and confirm. The irony is that if it had not been for their deceit and badgering for alternative contact details I would've been none-the-wiser about their appalling service. Although I managed to come out unscathed, I took the difficult decision that I'd rather pay full price from Luba ltd, the UK distributor for Angel Juicers, who have better reviews for after-sales service. I wouldn't recommend this company either.
For anyone having problems with them, who didn't use a credit card, then the small claims court is designed for the lay person. It's cheap to bring cases and you can do it all yourself. No solicitor needed and there's lots of books and online info explaining how to do it. e.g. my purchase would cost £80 in court fees.

Not a great experience.
Unfortunately, it's not as reliable as I thought it would be. I ordered an demo model that listed online, they took the payment and then called and said it's not available. Poor experience.

Poor Warranty Process
Their warranty claims process is incredibly laborious, and is designed to make it incredibly difficult to make a claim.
It took a week of multiple times going back and forth, sending information, sending videos for them to then request for the juicers to be sent back at our own expense for them to be assessed.
My advice is to stay clear of this company. Use Nisbets instead - their warranty process is far superior!!

Genuinely appalled by this company. Ordered an Ooni Halo Pro Spiral Stand Mixer on the 6th October. Nearly £700. They called pretty quickly and advised it was going to be about a week for delivery, I advised it was required by the 17th at the latest and told that would be fine. DPD failed to deliver on the 11th (not even in the right location) and I waited in all day for re-delivery on 13th. Juicers were then on the phone asking why I wasn’t available with the PIN number for the delivery driver. Explained I was at the address and that DPD hadn’t even driven down my road and failed the delivery. Was advised they would contact DPD and try to get re-delivered. On the 14th I came out of a job interview to 3 missed calls and a voicemail from DPD telling me to contact Juicers as they would need to raise a missing parcel review. Phoned juicers to be fobbed off with “yeah we’re in touch with DPD we spoke to them this morning” I asked if they had been in touch with DPD, why were DPD phoning me telling ME to get Juicers to contact them?! I get a phone call from Juicers later to say that my order is missing (shocker) I asked them to despatch a replacement as it was a gift and they knew of the date it was required. I was told they couldn’t do that because I might then get 2 delivered. And I couldn’t have a refund either until they had received the compensation for the missing item from DPD (against the law) I explained their contract with DPD had absolutely nothing to do with me and that I would action a section 75 chargeback on my credit card. I’ve gone ahead and actioned this and a month later, I’m STILL waiting for a refund. Pathetic customer service and illegal trading paired with an unresolved refund a month down the line makes for a very sour taste in the mouth. I’d rather pay a little bit more somewhere else and not be left out of pocket for a ridiculous amount of time when their poor choice of courier fails to deliver. I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering from them! Funny that the day after I actioned the section 75 they called to offer me a refund…

Superb appliance from efficient company
Item well packaged and speedily delivered by Juicers. Wonderful machine, exceptionally well made and does exactly what it is supposed to do with ease. Bread making in particular made easy, all completed in one container without the mixer dancing around the worktop even with a full load of dough. Best kitchen appliance bought in years and worth every penny.

I called and spoke to a member of the team for advice on juicers, and they were incredibly helpful. After discussing my needs, I decided on a Hurom, and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Now that I’ve been using the juicer, I’m extremely happy with its performance—it’s easy to use, efficient, and the juice quality is fantastic. Delivery was simple and secure with DPD, and the packaging arrived in perfect condition.
Overall, a great experience and a product I’m very pleased with.
Lacking in delivery options
When delivering your parcel, you have to be there. There is no option to leave with a neighbour or pick up from a drop off point which I think is a bit silly because people have to go to work and they can’t always be home

Contact via email was swift and helpful but the Sales team got involved, had not spoken with the email response team, phoned me and become both arrogant and belligerent! When ordering goods here, take the time to check opening hours against delivery options as the two may not work together-but still accept your extra delivery charge. Id recommend looking at this on your website and it and blocking the option for Sunday delivery if ordered on the Saturday. Sometimes the Customer is in a hurry! While I would not say think before buying, there are a lot of good experiences with this company. I would say based on my dealings with the Sales team-could have been a struggle with them and their attitude should a warranty issue appear???
Thank you for this reply but I prefer the personal email apologizing for the way in which the tone of the phone conversation went. It also addressed my point more accurately about the brashness of your sales representative. The positive for us was saving over £20 from Amazon!

ATTENTION : FRAUD
I bought Tribest Greenstar priced at £800. After using it 8 times it stopped working, the gears jamming all the time, no matter how soft the produce. Warranty promised on the site was very long, so I contacted customer service and reported the issue requesting replacement of the faulty item. Julia asked for a ridiculous number of video proof, all provided. She then wrote that they contacted the manufacturer and never heard from them. End of story. No replacement or refund and end of any communications. A court case is an option, yet when I weighed all resources I need to put in to win the case, it is easier to cut the losses here. Astonishing, that in this day and age a British company behaves in such a fashion. This is a theft, they stole £800 from me.

AVOID AND DO NOT BUY CHEAP SHIT FOR THE HIGH PRICE
Bought a juicer, paid about £200. After few times using parts broke. Because it was still under warranty I wanted to sent it back bit then Julia was extremely sickly nice and replace the part. The one didn't last again. But then was after 3 month so this is where the real faces appeared. Horrible, nasty service. Paid for the parts delivery and it was never delivered. Had to contact back so the refunded the mobey. JUST AVOID THAT BUSINESS AND THEY CHEAP PRODUCTS THE ONES THEY SELLING EXPENSIVE.
