I got my package 2 months after I ordered it and had to contact the company in 4 different ways after having absolutely no news during a month and a half to finally get news about where it was. I probably wouldn't have gotten it if I hadn't put that much effort into tracking it down. However, the products were perfect and the people who solved my problem were nice and quick to answer.
