Worse experienve i've ever had. sold me a product that was out of stock, and delayed my entire package by over a month. When I finally recieved my package one the items had clearly been ripped into by someone else and I was missing an item as well and instead of what I ordered was a freaking scarf. Talked to customer service, they asked for pictures, which i sent and they still didn't understand the issue.

The customer service of this company has to be the WORST I have ever encountered. I was sent damaged clothing with a hole in the top and asked to mail it back for a refund.

I was told by customer service that I can alter/fix it myself and they have refused a refund twice. It is the most absurd and unprofessional encounter I have had with a supposed "company". Save yourself the time and energy: DO NOT BUY FROM JUICICI.

The delivery took a while but it's alright I guess as the product is what I was expecting. Nothing too fancy, given the price this should be obvious but does it's thing as intended. Thank again.

SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I ORDER ITEMS FROM JUICICI OVER ALMOST A MONTH AGO AND I HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER. THIS IS MY FIRST ANS LAST TIME ORDERING HERE. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER SO THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE TELL TELL SIGN ON WHAT KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS & I SHOULD HAVE RESEARCHED THE REVIEW BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE. ALL HORRIBLE OVER 40% HAVE HAD THE SAME AWFUL EXPERIENCE THAT I AM CURRENTLY DEALING WITH. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THEM!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I made my 1st purchase a month ago, even tho It was bit skeptical. I never buy from ads but this site has amazing unique products.
To my surprise it came in 9 days even tho it came from China. I know price is bit high but u can’t complain with how fast the delivery is and good quality it provides.
I had an issue with one of the product but they resolved it so fast.
I absolutely will buy again from this site and encourage you to not hesitate.

Extremely horrible shopping experience... They have obvious colour differentiation problems and terrible fabric in use (worst Viscose I have seen in my life, I bought two knits and they look like overnight egg noodles and touch like zombie‘s skin). After I submitted the picture profs and required a refund, they insists on saying there is “no problems” and refused my refund enquiry. Be aware they set a limitation of the only quality issues for refund, then ask customers to send pictures twice for more details to waste time and patience. After that, they denied all issues you mentioned to refuse your refund enquiry. As producers, they know their products' conditions very well, but they choose to be blind to avoid giving your money back. What a shame for this ugly brand which making money by cheating customers overseas via posting fake photos on ins, fake fans, and comments limitations...

Loved their clothes! I'm a big fan of the y2k and the kpop styles so I couldn't miss this website. I got such cute sweaters from them lately, but I loved the patchwork tops and fun patterned jeans I got in summer too. The sizing was accurate for me, I wear S and sometimes XS, for a more tight fit. Medium delivery time was 1 week to Romania, which I think is fine. Never had to deal with customer service or anything like that since I didn't have any issues.

I loved everything I got from here, sizing is very accurate and I’d definitely encourage others to buy from here! The clothes were so flattering and good quality.

DON’T BUY HERE!!! I spent over 300 dollars and almost nothing arrived. The things that arrived were a false size and low quality. I only got one part of an matching set!!! I ordered more than a month ago! Where is my package??? I want my money back!!! DON’T BUY HERE!!!

It did take a long time to ship but I was very pleased with the items I got. I'm not sure why they have some really bad reviews, maybe I just got lucky and happened to order the clothes are fine but the materials are great quality (very soft and not super thin) and the designs were nice too. Will definitely order from them again.

They shipped the wrong size (M instead of S). They fabric and colour are not the same to the photo. And also one of the item had its tag manually cut by scissors so I can't even check if it's the correct size.

And because they ship from China my bank charged me for transfer fee and purchase fee as well. This is very đodgy. Avoid if you can.

Don't shop here. Sizes are really small, it's A chinese shop. If you want to return, they don't answer. You need to e-mail them And they said they Will answer in A day, they don't. Still haven't got my money back
