We ordered a glass straw we found on their nice looking website.

Had it arrive earlier today with a strangely long wait for the item. After examining the package we saw a large AliExpress shipping sticker and got worried. Found the exact same item listed on Temu for 1/4th the price and using identical photos. Didn't manage to find it on AliExpress, but still enough to put you off shopping with this company again since if I wanted cheap and low quality stuff I'd pay for cheap and low quality stuff rather than pretend it's higher quality.

Long Delivery time and VERY poor quality items.

I ordered 2x candles stick holders- very disappointed at the quality for £50 a pair. The glass is so flimsy, one of the holders arrived broken, and genuinely I’m not sure how the thin glass would hold a candle stick without breaking.

Was 7 days before the item was dispatched, and even then I had to chase them. Delivery them took a further 8 days. To which they arrived broken.

First time purchasing from Studio CYL, probably the last - which is a shame as I really liked the look of all their products. Would not recommend.

Took a long delivery time and received x3 very poor quality towels which I paid £30 each for. They were clearly knock off Chinese stock. Terrible customer service and I’ve still not had a response in terms of returning items. Please do not use this website.

Very pleased with item and service - the item was as advertised and I bought it for my niece in her new home - she loved it - the delivery was great - very pleased would recommend.

I ordered my pillow july 30th, it’s now september 10th and i still haven’t even heard if my package has shipped yet. Everytime i email you guys, you tell me there’s difficulties at the airport but it’s been a month and a half. I still have no idea if i’m even going to receive my order.

Don't be fooled by their smart website and .co.uk address. The company is based in China and the products are mass-produced and cheaply made. Many of the items can be found on amazon cheaper. Luckily managed to return my products when I realised

The website looks amazing and all the items I feel in love with, I purchased the shell double cushion £31 but I was sold, it was exactly what I was looking for -

What turned up was so disappointing, the wrapped with the sticker from China - I was heart broken, money is so tight for everyone especially at the moment so to buy anything purely as a treat is a big thing so to spend a ridiculous amount on a pillow but with the trust that it will be amazing as the site made it look supported in its shape, large & made with so attention and not a mass produced item from China which you can find on eBay for £10 less -

Gutted and feeling really conned out of money.

The product was lovely but was not the fastest delivery.

Highly recommend Juicy , I have bought 4 of the gorgeous shell cushions and many of my family and friends love them so much they are going to also buy them. Fast delivery times and high quality products . The shell cushions are so pretty and really liven up my couch.

Although the cushions took a much longer time to arrive than suggested online. When they arrived they were perfect. Look exactly as suggested online and great quality.
I would order from here again, but I'm a little nervous about the delivery as it was very long and there was not a huge amount of communication. Plus with Brexit, I fear I will potentially get taxed duties.

The only good thing I have to say is delivery was prompt. I ordered a animal vase and I was shocked to say the least. It cost me £52 and I wouldn't pay more than £10 for it. The quality is awful and looks completely discoloured in comparison to the photo advertised. Overall completely overpriced and very poor quality, stay far away. Company’s like this make me so sad, as I thought I was doing good by trying to support other companies at this awful time, but what a mistake I made with this one.

I only bought once with Juicy Home and I have nothing negative to say. Delivery took about a month to the UK but it was expected as it was coming from China. The quality of the throw I bought was great and when I asked them to send me an update about my shopping they were super polite and quick to reply.

Don't buy anything from this shop, save you some money and go directly to Aliexpress. They are just reselling the low quality chinese products at a very big profit margin.
This might even be illegal, as some of the products seem to be counterfeit.
