Beautiful but too heavy

The colours of the cape I ordered (Mississippi) are beautiful, but the cape itself is very heavy and not soft at all. It is virtually impossible to wash, as they do admit quite honestly on the website by suggesting one should limit themselves to 'spot cleaning' - I washed it with utmost care and cold water and it still shrunk. Shipping to Belgium took well over a week although it was not cheap at all. I give it 4 stars as I love the products aesthetically, but sadly won't be buying again. Am tempted to try the virtually identical Fifth Origins to see if their capes are softer.
