Made my order on the Sunday evening n it arrived Tuesday afternoon … the chair I ordered is stunning everything I wanted it to be so happy !!

Love my new chair. It’s exactly as described and excellent quality. The customer service was also fantastic. A discount code didn’t go through, and when I emailed them to let them know they refunded me the money that should have been taken off. Delivery was also prompt. I will definitely purchase more from them in the future.

I ordered 2 grey swivel chairs and they are absolutely amazing, look great, are super comfortable and perfect value for the money! I admit, it was a long waiting time until I got them (8 months) due to Corona and the production delays, container shipping issues and at the end also the final delivery company, but the wait was so worth it!
The communication from JJ was always prompt, I never had to wait more than 24h, mostly their reply was even quicker, another reason why I rate 5 stars, which they deserve as the delay of the product delivery was not in JJ's control.

Beautiful and well put together furniture

I am very satisfy with my item. It arrived in good time and my husband installed the legs with minimum fuss. The chair looks good in my bedroom , reading spot. Most of all it is very comfortable and luxurious.

Absolutely love this footstool. Matches some emerald cushions I had already bought for my living room. Prompt delivery.

I didn't have any problems with Julian Joseph, good communication, prompt service and updates.

However their courier XDP leave a lot to be desired. Didn't knock and left two man big package (chair) on the doorstep.

Having spoke to Julian Joseph they since refunded my courier costs.

I placed the order for 2 sofa chairs on 3 July, but I haven't received them until now (12 October 2021). They only can leave voice message, and never reply to me. (I left message many times)

The service was brilliant. The quality of the chair is fantastic would definitely recommend.
