I've been taking my cars to Julian since 1999, And he has always done a good job, And will always advise you if anything else he has seen wrong with the vehicle! It’s difficult to rate an independent Jaguar specialist when they don’t respond to you.
I asked for a quote on servicing my car, and no response received.
Clearly if they are doing this well and don’t need the business, that’s good for them. However, any half decent dealer should at least email you back with either with a price or to say they can’t fit you in. Julian Ferraro did neither, so they score the lowest rating based on non-existent service.
I had the misfortune of dealing with this 'outfit'. Terrible experience, complete waste of time, owner is an angry person and needs to work on his customer service skills. This is a business you need to stay away from.
