Second time lucky! After some shocking behaviour and flawed negotiation tactics from a buyer in 2025 that led to my sale falling though, the property was re-marketed 12 months later. Julian Wadden did a great job securing me a high quality credible buyer at the second attempt. Maddy Porter and Nicola Viner provided a thorough and professional service throughout the sales cycle and conveyance, thank you! In a competitive Didsbury market for estate agents I would not hesitate to recommend Julian Wadden as a property sales agent.

Been trying to contact Didsbury office for 3 days by phone to arrange two viewings whilst in Manchester (we live 300 miles away) . Only option was to leave message but calls not returned. Was eventually put through by very helpful lady in their Heatons branch only to be told unpleasantly that they couldn’t fit us in as they were too busy. Sellers, don’t use this firm!! Appalling customer service
