Watch out!!! Scam!!! Currently same pictures of people, shop and merchandise now under name Madeleine and Ivy California. I unfortunately ordered a dress from Julie and Maddie Charleston that has never arrived. My bank shows the charge for this dress was processed by a bank in London!!!! Someone needs to get these people and shut them down!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My dress came and it was the worst quality of fabric that I have ever seen. It was supposed to be linen but was nothing more than an old worn tshirts fabric. Tried to return and they told me that I would have to incur the shipping fees to china. They also offered me 10% credit and. 30% off next order. Are they kidding? I would never order again even if it was free. STAY AWAY. From this company. I feel like a real dope!

Holy smokes, what a horrible experience with this company. I should have known they were a fake cover for a bad Chinese shipping warehouse when the photo on the home page for this "clothing company" shows two women making PASTA. Dumb me. Items arrived stinky in plastic bags from China and were of such poor quality, I immediately contacted them for a refund. They advertise as "easy returns" - DON'T BE FOOLED. Said I would have to pay for shipping back to China, so wouldn't I rather have 10% off? Ummm, NO! Then offered 20% and a coupon for future orders? NO! Where's my return shipping label? They won't even give me an address, let alone a promised refund. Crappy unlined polyester clothing with poor sizing and no returns. Chat-bot customer service. SHAM. Stay away!!!!

The items received were very very poor quality and nothing like pictured. The return procedure (ship to China at your own cost) was unfeasible, as that would cost more than the purchased items. I would consider this website fraudulent. DO NOT USE.

Order a dress from the website. Dress came totally different, bad, cheap fabric, not like a picture. Contact company the same day for return. They don't accept my request. Offer 30% off, than 50% off. I want to return the dress, as their website says, I have 30 days. They didn't accept it. Only 50% refund. They stated the company in China and not in US, even the bag says Charleston. No, its China nockout company. I have to send back to China. I agreed. Still no return label. Only short email- 50% off.
