Their merchandise is junk. They advertise these beautiful dresses. I ordered a small it came. It must’ve been big enough for a giant then I tried to return it because they have a 30 day refund policy. It took a week of emails back-and-forth where they kept trying to get me to keep it for a 10% or 20% discount when I refuse then they told me I had to send it back to China. Their name is Winslow Beverly Hills is deceptive advertising. They pretend they’re in the United States. I simply disputed my credit card do not order from these people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Ordered a laundry basket that was beautiful on line, quilted and outline and stands alone. What I recieved was a floppy, cheap, bag with no outlining or embroidery at all (as the pictures showed)! Customer service reviewed the pics I sent and said it was what was ordered. But it was not what was shown!! They say 30'day money back guarantee and hassle free returns but they don't stand behind their word!! Scammer sight and will never order from them again!! BEWARE!!! I still want my money back!!!!!
