The delivery was only partial
The delivery was only partial. Tracking tells me it is still on its way - expected 2 and 1/2 weeks ago! An enquiry to Jumbo Pets directly led to them acknowledging the problem and enquiring with the courier service, but it has not led to delivery. I have been a customer for 10 years and have been satisfied up until now. Mind you, delivery is always slower than any other online shopping.

the very good customer service & communications along with the quick delivery. Very important with 13 cats to feed!! I must quickly add that our pride of felines are all rescued & rehomed with us, & all are DESEXED.

Good prices. Need to use better courier company, present very casual, not caringin drop off points, i.e. left in weather, not at front door undercover.
