Impressive that our old trampoline was on record and that an amazing deal could be offered to update it to a newer version. Kids are now enjoying learning how to summersault on a much less tatty trampoline

It was very easy to order what I needed and it arrived very quickly. Very happy with the service and very reasonable prices.

Great trampoline, seems well made and had great assembly instructions - really clear with nice pictures to follow too. The order of some assembly items is questionable, as you had to undo and redo some bits a couple of times (attaching/detaching some springs 3 times for example) but on the whole it was pretty straightforward. Time will tell how durable it is, but it certainly looks the part and the kids are loving it.
I'd give it 5 stars if the foam bits on the net support poles weren't such a pain in the butt :)

So far we are stoked with our 14ft jumpflex purchase. We did have a small issue with the tramp mat but they rectified that promptly and took great care of us as customers. Also will note the life time warranty was a huge factor in our decision to purchase our tramp via jumpflex as apposed to other trampoline manufacturers whom offer limited warranty periods.

Excellent customer service, fast delivery. Cannot fault!
