After having to replace our other cheap trampolines almost yearly, I decided to rather get a good quality one which may be a bit more expensive now, but will last ages and work out cheaper in the long run. This one came with a lifetime warranty! I bought the 14 ft tramp. It looks very smart and sturdy. The feet have rustproof treatment which is great and the padding over the springs sits very securely, the safety enclosure net is also very well fitted which makes it very safe for the little ones. I received an email from the company advising that my order had been packed and ready to ship within hours of ordering and received the tramp and extras soon after, much sooner than expected. It is a bit of a process putting it up, but no more difficult or complicated than any other we have put up over the years. The instructions are very clear. The ladder also seems quite sturdy and fits well on the tramp. We have not tried the aquajet attachment yet - still a bit cool for that. I would highly recommend this company. Great product, great service - well worth the price

The staff are super helpful and are able to look up the records to see what Trampoline you have and it make ordering parts a breeze! I have noticed that they have improved the strength of the poles and added metal tabs to the net where it attaches to the springs. Little improvements make a big difference

It’s not a great idea to ask for feedback before the goods are delivered especially when it’s well over the quoted delivery time. Because it has been ordered in good time for a celebration this is particularly frustrating.
