EDIT: Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately I did not see your response, due to it going to junk, to send a reply before the link expired. If you are happy to send me another, I would be grateful.
We bought two of these and followed the size guide to decide which was most suitable for our children. The size guide is completely off and we were left paying a lot of money for a happy napper that my son is already too big for.
I wrote a polite e-mail to discuss the matter and got ignored. Shocking customer service!
