I ordered a large shark nappers for my daughter and she is amazed with it it’s so big colours are so bright it’s so soft so comfortable. Delivery was very quick came within a few days of ordering would definitely recommend and would definitely order again. Thank you so much.

Ordered a Happy Napper but it was too small so returned for a bigger one. Quick response when enquiring about my return and refund.

I bought my daughter a happy napper for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! She watches films in it and uses it during play! They are great and the customer service team were excellent, I had a small issue with mine and they were quick to resolve the issue, very helpful!

I mistakenly purchased a Cosy Napper (thinking it was a Happy Napper) previously that was faulty. I contacted jumping for joy customer service who responded, I eventually realised my mistake and contacted Cosy Nappers support - they never responded. Obviously, there was nothing they could do regarding my faulty Cosy Napper but I decided to buy a Happy Napper as a consequence and it was clear right away that the build quality was to a higher standard. Also, it's good to know that if I have any issues at least I know I can make contact.

After posting my original review, I was contacted by the company who went above and beyond to replace my son’s faulty happy Napier & I am really happy with the level of communication and customer service. I do however, feel they need to update their email and contact info as I could not contact the company originally. Overall, I would happily recommend. Thankyou

I bought my 7 year old a purple care bear happy mapper end of August 2024 to put away for Christmas. My son absolutely loved this and was delighted to use it especially snuggling in it when he’s been poorly. He’s only used it for 7/8 weeks and the zipper has now broke!! This is NOT Acceptable! I’ve contacted them using their contact form & by emailing them, however the email does NOT exist and my email was returned back! There has been no reply from the contact form in their website either! I’m not happy and neither is my son, because he can’t use his Christmas present

Amazing customer service and excellent assistance. We ordered a medium happy napper for Xmas and it was about small for our daughter they very kindly allowed us to exchange and pay the difference to change it to a large one. We couldn’t afford to buy an another one, with their kindness and excellent service we made one little girl very happy and saved us a lot of stress. They were kind and understanding from first contact and every member of their team had excellent customer service skills and was helpful every step. It was all resolved quickly and easily.

My 4 year old daughter was very happy with her unicorn happy napper. It arrived very swiftly and seems good quality. It packs up nicely into a large pillow size cushion and is a good length when rolled out to snuggle into. She is petite for her age and we went for the large so it will last her a very long time. Thank you.

Bought 3 Happy Nappers for my grandchildren for Christmas . They absolutely loved them and slept in them Christmas night. Just wished I’d bought the larger size for the 2 three year olds as they are a bit small and won’t last long unfortunately.

These staff are amazing! Not to forget the product! I ordered and read the timing wrong on the delivery but needed it sooner I quickly emailed them to ask if I could pay next day and they sorted it no issues asked! Couldn’t thank them enough as this is a Christmas present! It’s arrived today…Thankyou so much guys! Not to mention these happy nappers are amazing for little ones!
