Great service. Dispatch of the happy napper was quick. It was discreet packaging too so my child didn’t notice it when we eventually got it.
We had a problem with the delivery company used, Evri, with the item not being delivered to the correct address or street. But Jumping for Joy’s customer service was spot on. They were compassionate, caring and gave a choice or refund or re-sending via a different courier.
The happy napper was delivered very shortly after raising the no -delivery issue and it was perfect. Overall a good experience.

Order not fulfilled, no contact from company
Ordered a Care Bear Happy Napper, which is the only thing my daughter asked for for her birthday. Waited over a week for delivery (says 3-5 days), then emailed only to be told it's out of stock and the order can't be fulfilled. If I hadn't contacted them, when were they going to tell me?? Very poor customer service. The item was in stock when I ordered, now I can't get a Large anywhere and they are not responding to my emails. Very disappointed.

I ordered a Dragon Happy Napper for my…
I ordered a Dragon Happy Napper for my son a few days ago, it arrived today with part of the stitching ripped at the back. I was gutted because I know he would have loved it! I called the customer service team and spoke to a lovely lady called Anna who arranged a replacement to be sent out right away and suggested we keep the damaged one as a spare. Great customer service and my little lad still gets his Dragon.
