Stay well away from any jumpman casino. They make withdrawal a complete nightmare and break every UKGC rule.

*If* you even manage to find the withdrawal section. You can only take two withdrawals at a time. Almost always it will ask you to contact support for further checks (support is not ever available and email replies take days)

Sometimes they just return the cash to your play balance in the hope you just gamble it away.

Typically if you do get any reply from their support, it's a boilerplate unhelpful message that doesn't resolve your issue.

This company asked for verification of which I provided they then blocked me from logging into my account, then told me I had access to it, which I didn't, I told then to manually refund the winnings which took them numerous attempts and false promises made to me, the customer service is appalling, I then asked them to close my account due to the appalling customer service I received and as yet still not closed no reply to my request they are cowboys and don't deserve your money stay away from them

Awful site, still waiting for a withdrawal of £1000, it's been 2 weeks I've been waiting. I have contacted them numerous times with no reply! DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Currently trying to get my withdrawal back. They have had basically every single document I own, bank statements from multiple banks, identification, letters etc . They have held my money for 2 months, they don’t respond to emails. I would say they are having financial issue and using players funds to fund their cash flow issues.

hi i think this company is awful the way ive been treated they never answer emails ive been playing since 2001 and had nothing but trouble i have spent lots on there sites but was never able to withdraw my winnings also they will not except my proof just awkard if i could take them to court i would this company has made my health bad this should not happen to people
