I've only been using the app for two days, so I can't honestly speak to the content yet. I have enjoyed the two lessons so far. My review is for customer service. I somehow managed to duplicate my subscription. I emailed support very late on a Saturday night, and woke up Sunday morning to an email and receipt showing my refund for the duplication. I don't remember the last time a customer service response was so prompt, polite, and helpful. Good job, Jumpspeak.

I must say honestly, the speed and politeness of the customer services is this company really impressed me. I had an issue with a subscription and they handled it professionally and speedily. Though I didn't actually require the product this doesn't stop me recommending based on my experience.
This is a great learning app- useful phases and conversation. Customer service was very helpful and responsive resolving an issue around a subscription error.
Outstanding Customer Service response!
I've had medical issues that prevented me from even starting my course. I asked Jumpspeak for a delayed start date for it, hoping I'd be OK within the month, but they went one step ahead and refunded my entire cost. I'll certainly sign up with them as soon as I can read well again!
This app is better than the one I’d been using. It is more interactive and allows you to read, listen to proper pronunciation, and respond all in the same lesson. I’m getting more comfortable actually speaking the language and after just two weeks can understand and respond to greetings and simple questions.
Extremely shady charges. 840 euros in charges in 5 weeks. Tells me I cannot get a refund. Beware of this company.

Auto-renew with no warning. Simple dishonesty and they would not refund. Hate business practices like this, unless you cancel in advance they still charge you. But the subscription is not shown in Apple subscriptions so no way of knowing the subscription is active. I thought I’d already cancelled it as it wasn’t visible!

Customer service was rapid in responding to questions. Just started using the app so far so good.
I have yet to make extensive use of the app but liked what I saw in my limited time. I’m writing this review more based on the customer service aspect. I had made a subscription error that was my fault. I contacted support and they were extremely helpful and prompt. Zero complaints with the level of support I received and they have gained a future customer.
I've been looking for a language app that meets my needs, Being able to respond in real time. Jumpspeak Support has been great at answering all my questions, and making it possible for me to continue my learning journey.
I love the app and the possibilities Jumipspeak gives. I want to learn Thai and found out that I have to learn more words to use this app to the fullest. Therefor I asked for a refund and the friendly and understanding customer service helped me very fast. Thank you for your good service and good luck with your app. I'll be back as soon as I learn my basics.

Very good content, real conversations, good use of grammar. M Y only complaint is that the lessons are too fast. Slow down, this is not a race. I want to study the sentence, learn the new vocabulary, understand the usage. The lesson now disappears in milliseconds and a new sentence pops up.

When emailing the support team, they give you, what I believe to be, a standard response that you’ll hear back from them in 3-4 days. I got a response in 2!! Very helpful, thoughtful and professional.
