It's a dropship company. So they send from China and have no return address. The quality is abysmal and trying to return it was a nightmare and eventually failed as PayPal ruled in their favor.
Do not order from them, they are scammers.
Biggest scam ever. After ordering some clothes, they come from China, they are of such low quality that I want to return them immediately. There the problems start. They only offer me a 15% discount if I keep them. I want to send them back anyway. They don't give me a return address. I open a conflict in the resolution center of PayPal. PayPal gives me the address. I spend 60 euro to send the package back. They won't accept it in destiny. PayPal in the end rules in their favour. This is a joke of a company
This is the most dishonest company I have yet to deal with. The package arrived after a long wait. The dress was crunched into a tiny bag. It stank of chemicals and the dress was nothing like the photo on the website. It was of poor quality. I wrote to the company and received a letter telling me to send it back to China. The postage would have cost more than the article. This company should be literally banned from selling here in Germany. It is also a branch of Mullers-modehaus in the Netherlands.
If only I had done research before shopping with Juna Berlin......
My experience is the exact same as described in all other reviews. No where on the website is mentioned that you are actually buying from a company in China. The tracking information is hidden, it does not say goods come from China - only from arrival at Amsterdam International airport will they provide more detailed information. It took 3 weeks for my article to arrive. It looked like a completely different item than the one shown on the website. Bad quality, just an entirely different dress.
Only upon requesting return information did I find out I had to send it back to China (after being offered to keep the item with a small refund 3 times, which I already found suspicious).
After countless and countless emails back and forth (answered by an AI bot) I chose to keep the item as sending it back to China would probably cause me more issues. They also advised to declare a lower value to customs (equivalent to 5 EUR at maximum) to make sure it won't be kept in customs.
