My experience was great! Fast service, friendly people. My only complaint, I was told the driver would call me 30-60 minutes ahead of pickup. My car was at the shop, so that was going to be perfect. I did not get that call. The driver called when he was there, 45 minutes before my agreed upon window. I'm all for early, but I felt terrible that the driver had to then wait 45 minutes for the shop to open.
That's my only complaint, and only because I felt terrible for the driver. The company itself is fantastic. Will recommend, will use again if ever needed.

The gentleman that got here seemed a little aggravated when he pulled up. Maybe my car was not parked the way he wanted it to, and the battery was dead so he had to jump it off idk. But once he got the car jumped off he went to crank it and it made a loud popping noise and he didn’t make any effort to move the car while it was cranked he just sat there in it and let it idle. Then it would die again because he didn’t put the cables on to jump it off correctly maybe I don’t know. But he went to crank it up again and when he did the loud popping noise it had made before it made that same noise again like a backfire and I seen fire come from my fuel injectors so I told him it was a fire he turned it off when he turned the car off the fire stopped he then called whoever his bosses and they changed the amount from what they offered me originally saying that my car wouldn’t crank. My car was perfectly fine and crank and he could’ve moved it when he crank it up the first time the battery was not holding a charge. So he obviously didn’t know what the hell he was doing. And they wanted to give me less because of whatever he did under my hood in a BMW the batteries in the trunk first off green and you can jump it off from under the hood but whatever he did under my hood caused my car to make that loud popping noise and almost caught on fire and would have damaged it to where I could not sell it again now I don’t know what’s wrong with it and I was left with a car that was in worse shape than it was before he messed with it. I’ve dealt with them before and it went smoothly perfectly no problems. This gentleman whatever his problem was should not be used by this company. He was unprofessional he showed up in dirty clothes with an attitude. And then try to tell his boss that I misrepresented my vehicle to get my cost lowered which isn’t true at all my vehicle will crank up and run it will not drive I don’t understand how that got miss understood or misrepresented by me whatever he did to my vehicle made it to where it would not crank.
Now I’m stuck with a car that’s gonna need more repairs then before because of this man’s actions. If you get a attitude from the man who or whoever comes out to get your vehicle and he seems like he doesn’t know what he’s doing request somebody else.
