I feel like i deserved more money but i guess thats the best they could do . They told me he would be there at 2 so i rushed and paid for an uber because i was told if i wasnt there he wouldnt wait and then i ended up waiting over an hour until he arrived so if the lady would have been more truthful then I probably wouldn’t have been upset about the amount but i had to sit outside and rushed for no reason.

I was told one price got another. Then the communication was poor.

This transaction went nice and easy. Tow truck was at my house around 8am and we took care of title and got paid the agreed on price with no hidden fees attached.

Got an offer almost instantly. Not top dollar but fair enough considering the salvage company's costs. They scheduled pickup right away, and the driver was courteous and professional.

Contacted junckcarmedics, got a deal that was a bit low but not enough to say no. Accepted and have tried to get ahold of the guy contracted to pick up car, called several times, never called back once, even when he said just a few minutes to get into office from the auto yard to call back. Nothing. JCM contacted me, asked if everything was going good, texted back no, was told would be contacted. And nothing. Unimpressed. I suggest trying other people before them. Them as a probable very very last resort.

I love how prompt the employees were from the first call to the pick up it was fast convenient and worth it.

I received my offer immediately by filling out a form on their website. I was quickly able to schedule my vehicles pickup for the next day. The pickup process took about 15 mins. Inspected the car, gave them the title, got my money, and they were on their way. Would definitely use their services again!
