It’s worth mentioning I am a returning…
It’s worth mentioning I am a returning customer after using their service back in 22. Both Nathan & Rachel a very friendly, reliable and caring. Very quick turn around from 1st contact to collection. On both occasions they have removed what we wanted when we wanted.
The booking system seems to be a new addition as we did not do this the first time. Overall a great company and well managed by a friendly couple.

Amateur company, paid a deposit over a week ago for a Friday collection, on the day they did not communicate with me! I had to message them and then near the end of the day around 16:30 they said can’t do the job! They are really unprofessional, unorganised and lack communication!
Personally recommend people to avoid, they say the yes to please you but to do the job highly unlikely
Edit response: 16:33- if you knew that and I pre arranged over a week ago for this collection then why did you prioritise and remove me from collection?! I essential took leave from my work place to be at home and your response is “we don’t care you can leave bad feedback”!! Shameful behaviour and total disorganised, as I’ve said highly avoid and find professional that are organised and will not let you down, there a host of reviews showing you how awful they are as company and customer service!

We schedule collections between the hours of 8am to 5pm. We did message you at 4pm to let you know we had to empty the van and then we would be over in order to carry out the collection as planned. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the transfer station was forced to close at 4:30pm instead of the previously communicated 5pm. This resulted in us being unable to proceed with the collection, as our vehicle was at full capacity at that point.
It is important to note that this incident occurred during a bank holiday period, where we experienced a surge in demand. Despite this, we worked tirelessly to accommodate as many collections as possible, including working extra hours and also working on the Sunday. However, due to the high demand, there were a few customers who were unable to be accommodated within the required timeframe, including yourself, so we do apologies once again.
We would like to emphasize that JunkMunch handles up to 10 collections daily, and a significant amount of planning and organization goes into the process. We have successfully completed over 2500 pickups over a period of 4 years, and the majority of our customers are satisfied with our services. your feedback has been taken onboard and we are working on putting a 2nd team on the road asap.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and we hope to continue our business relationship with you.
Hi Mazhar, you booked 6 days before but did to pay for a priority time slot, The collection was booked in along side others that are pre planned the day before! had the transfer station not closed we would been able to make the collection. it makes no sense for us not to. You also mentioned you was going to leave a really bad review to which we replied "you are entitled to, we can not stop that!" at no point did we say we do not care, that is a lie.
