We paid £159 for waste up to 200kg to be collected. They only collected 2 small bedside tables and an oven. They refused to collect the rest. They do not answer our emails and have not called us back to help us. DO NOT use this company, they take your money (expensive quotes) and they do not provide the service you paid for. Clydebank, G81.

Good service.
They arrived on time. They couldn’t finish the load initially so had to return the next day.
Unfortunately the initial agreed price was modified by Junk masters as the load was more involved. However a compromise was reached satisfactorily.

This company was really great. No problems.Came when they said they would.

THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME OUT OF £170. They don’t exist. They don’t remove rubbish. Don’t fall for it.

Booked and tried to cancel within 10 minutes. You cannot talk to anyone. You must leave a message or email. Left 3 messages and 2 emails. Each time I get a reply your order has been accepted. These are con people. They have taken my money and I now cannot be there even though I tried to cancel. Don't use them or businesses that like these guys subcontract. They are middle men. Con men

Service was excellent, punctual, reliable, friendly and efficient.

the company provided false telephone and email contact details and did not return any phone messages.
took money and didnt arrange to do the job. sent email with false booking information on.
i would avoid this company and have made a fraud report to my credit card.

The worst service ever, they took my waste but made such a mess in all flat, in all budling .Had a lot of complain from the porter building and they supposed to clean but after i have to order the lady cleaners to clan al the mess left over the corridors.

Cancelled the collection and they still took payment from my credit card..

Booked a morning appt. Never turned up. Never gave a reason why. Do not answer phones or bother with emails.
Hope I can get a refund.
I suspect trading standards may be interested in their operation.

Price was good, I booked a collection within 2 working days. Friendly people that came to collect.

I booked a morning slot but they arrived at the end of the day. When trying to call them there was no answer. I did email them and they replied a couple hours later.

Happy with the collection but they need to improve on communication and timing. I would use them again.

Top bloke....asked to remove a huge heavy racking from a private address in Elton.....I travelled out of town.....The lads removed it no hassell......ran me when the job was done.....in turn everyone happy.....will defo use again !!!!

Arranged to have the rubbish cleared and paid 180 pounds. When they arrived said there was too much junk and I needed to pay an extra £74. I agreed to it as long as it was all gone. After they left realised they had forgotten the rumble as mentioned on the original order and had taken the extra without my approval.

Junk removals collected all the bags of rubbish from outside our house with no problems at all. Very clean and efficient service.

Terrible service. Team did not turn up to collect furniture paid in good faith. So upset. Wish I had read reviews more careful beforehand. Do not use this company.

Had a waste collection done initially with Junk removals group and that was ok, however, the second and last time was awful, had JRG emailing me to "confirm the address" of the collection, replied confirming, than had another one days later on the day of the collection, the collection never happened, all the attempts to contact them by the phone number provided were not successful it was never answered, I have emailed to arrange a form to resolve the problem and and was told collection was not done as address was not confirmed by me. I asked on how to refund my money and instead a straightforward answer was sent a link to a page that I cannot figure whether I am entitled a refund or not.

I booked and paid for a collection but they never turned up. You can phone but they never answer and eventually to save you hanging on the phone they give you the chance to leave a message and then the phone goes dead. NEVER use this company, they are rip off merchants, you will lose your money. Don't pay until the work is done.
