What can I say kirsty is amazing! I have booked over 10 holidays with her now! She always goes above and beyond to help when booking with her. she will try her up most to get my holidays cheaper than online also in the past she has managed to upgrade our room.She booked special assistant for my son who has special needs. Also reminds me to check in and if I can't do it she's always willing to help. I wouldn't book with anyone else she like family to me and my family we wouldn't be without her. Kirsty helped us to book our first family holiday abroad. Our son has autism and she made the process so easy. She gave us many hotel choices and talked us through the process. Michelle and Jo are simply superb. Their level of detail, conscientiousness and absolutely faultless communication is highly impressive and comforting.
They had originally booked a trip to Dubai for us which unfortunately we needed to cancel due to the war but Michelle and Jo made the process easy and removed the stress entirely. They booked an alternative for us in Tenerife which was excellent.
It was our first time using an agent but after our experience (both the cancellation and both times booking), I will always do so in the future.
What could have been hours on the phone was just a few messages on WhatsApp with two genuinely amazing people.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Have just come back from the most amazing trip to Mozambique , South Africa and Zimbabwe ( Victoria falls) arranged expertly by Michelle Vanlint and Jo Kindley . We had never been to this part of the world and they put together a perfect itinerary and outstanding accommodation that showed they understood our needs and likes spot on . We were initially routed via Dubai which they helped us reroute , meaning we had no stress. Booking with them was also very price efficient - I compared prices with hotels and could not have done it for less myself . We have used Michelle and Jo before and they always come up trumps 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

They delivered superbly again for us. Flights, hire car and accommodation all perfectly aligned with our requirements. They take all the stress out of holiday booking with such an attentive and friendly approach. Thank you once again Team Jupita Travel. We will be back.

Flights, transfers, car hire, excursions and accommodation. Michelle and Jo saved us many, many hours of research and bookings. Communication with them was fantastic throughout and the pair of them were very attentive and clearly wanted us to have a great time. Which we definitely did.

We recently went on a trip to Japan and Hong Kong, which included the Disney parks, Mount Fuji, Universal studios and much more! I was getting very overwhelmed booking this trip as it included multiple destinations, flights and hotels. A friend recommended Kirsty to me.
Kirsty did all of the hard work and made the itinerary for us. The whole thing was extremely seamless. I would recommend Kirsty as all you need to do is tell her what you’d like included and then sit back and relax! She made the experience very enjoyable for us and we will definitely book with Kirsty again!

I came to Michelle & Jo with a request to celebrate a special birthday/Wedding anniversary in Morocco/somewhere we had never visited before. The brief-make it special. Michelle & Jo REALLY delivered a bespoke curated adventure for us. Combining an authentic experience of Marrakesh with refined luxury. The hotels, the fabulous upgrade, the birthday touches on arrival, every small detail was thought through. The trip bridged a sensory city adventure to glamping in the desert with private dining under the stars to a backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Their care and attention to our brief exceeded all expectations. The peace of mind of having an attentive team take your brief and deliver to it exactly with nothing for us to do but turn up at their airport was incredible. We are already planning our next escape and will be going direct to Michelle and Jo for every holiday from now on.

Booked via Michelle and Jo for a week in Morocco, they organised everything for us and I think it is perhaps more important these days to book through agents that you trust just in case something goes wrong because I know they would be there for us.
Not the first time we have used Michelle and Jo and it won’t be the last for that peace of mind.

Booked the most incredible holiday to the Maldives with Kirsty for our 40th Birthday’s!!! I messaged her 24/7 with questions about visa’s & the middle east conflict to which she answered straight away & reassured me constantly. She gas been amazing & a holiday that I will never forget xx Thank you xx

Kirsty was just amazing and very attentive to our needs. Six of us were going on a long haul trip to a wedding and everything was organised to a tee. The trip was flawless and the transfers (six flights) and accommodation were all excellent. A most enjoyable trip made hassle free by Kirsty’s expertise and professionalism. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I asked Michelle and Jo to find us a nice, relaxing location in the sun for a week of restoration and relaxation; they sourced the perfect holiday for us very quickly at short notice. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they went the extra mile with thoughtful contact and gestures. We have just returned from a 50 day, 5 country, trip around the World, all planned, scheduled, booked and monitored by Jo and Michelle, without whose guidance and expertise would no doubt have ended in disaster! Instead, all went smoothly and was a trip of a lifetime, so thank you both very much. We will now start saving for the next one and will be calling Jo and Michelle to organise it.

Just got back from an amazing 3 week trip to New Zealand all booked and planned superbly as always by the ladies at Jupitatravel Michelle and Jo…
Absolutely everything was like clockwork except my flight dates which I booked myself 😂 a lesson there for next time.

Stunning place to go and really needed the expert guidance from the team to make it what it was.

Booked our last few holidays with Kirsty and she has made our holidays so much easier. She arranges our assisted travel for us so I don’t have to spend hours on the phone. It’s so nice having someone at the end of the phone that can pick up any issues should they arise rather than dealing with call centres. Il always book with Kirsty now

Kirsty is literally the best travel agent. In the past couple years I have booked her because she reduced the prices of my packages. However in August last year I became really poorly. This affected two of my bookings (including one where I was actually abroad). She dealt with everything for me, I didn’t have to make one call. You don’t realise how much you need a travel agent until stuff like this happens. Nothing was too much to ask of her. Will never go elsewhere thank you Kirsty !!!
