We ordered a new tray for our coffee machine as the contacts were damaged on our original one (it was in excess of 8 years old) and machine kept displaying the message "tray missing". We received our order within 72 hours ( this is good to Highland Scotland)...it was very well packaged and machine now works perfectly.

Good stuff, delivered within 24hrs of order, shame there isn't more I can order..!

Ordered the new frothier tube on line Sunday and it arrived Tuesday. Couldn't ask for faster service. Shame their website isn't iOS compatible. Had to get the laptop out. Hardly a hardship lol.

Couldn't be more helpful on the phone helping me to get the part number I needed, then checking it was available on the web ordering page. When ordered the part came next day.
Excellent service

Product arrived next day, arrived in perfect condition, well packaged.

Pipe is exactly as required / ordered, the issue is that the postage was twice the price of the pipe. Not Jurassic fault, but made the item three times more expensive than its actual cost.

When my milk frother gave up the ghost, Jura UK advised me which bits to clean and when that didn't work, supplied new parts within 48 hours. All is well again.

We only placed the order weds. pm and received parcel today, we were not in but placed a note for the delivery driver to leave the parcel in a safe place, our instructions were carried out to a ''T''. again well done.

Great service, fast and exactly what we needed but I'm really unsure how it was justified charging £3.60 for postage and packaging which would have included 79p quoted on their postage label. Curious!

we needed a spare part for our ENA-9. we found it bought it and received it within 3 days. i wish all companies were this easy to deal with.

Website easy to use and understand

Ordered the item on Monday and haven't received it 5 days later. Wrong address used by sender so had to track down shipment through FedEx and now will collect myself.

We ordered 2 products, but one received one without any explanation! I ordered a Bean Container Lid - Black and, a Tank Lid - Black, but only received the Bean Container Lid. Hopefully this review will prompt an explanation!!

Website doesn't have all spares listed. Email enquiry answered promptly. The phones don't work, some long term technical issue. Plus the spares are very expensive. But delivered promptly
