Bruno from Jurassic Fibre Technical…

Bruno from Jurassic Fibre Technical Team was very friendly and explained the update to 5GHz very clearly and clarified what it was he needed me to check for my address. This was in response to a poor tv connection 2 days before. I felt he was very thorough and I found his instructions easy to follow. It advised what to do should I have a difficulty in the future. Great service

Our internet went down this morning. After a phone call to Jurassic Fibre (when we were not left waiting for ages) I spoke to Bruno who managed to put us through a few checks. Nothing worked but he assured us that Jurassic Fibre would be sorting out ASAP. True to his word we were up and running again within a couple of hours. What can I say....highly recommend!

What can I say, the process is so easy!!

Communication is really good, it is so easy to arrange connection that it feels uncomfortable! No hassle, just straight forward options and a relaxed attitude.

As for the installation team, (Colin and James), I can't speak highly enough of these two, professionals who take real pride in their work and value customer satisfaction.

An absolute credit to Jurassic Fibre.

It is early days in relation to my contract but so far, I am very impressed.

Quiet efficiency

Our telephone decided to misbehave on a day (Day 1) when we most needed it. We could not make calls out but
received calls inwards. Having said that, several people have said that they could not make contact and thought we were out. The Internet connection remained available so we sent a message to Jurassic-fibre.
Within minutes a response was received from a Bruno Simôes who was polite but thorough in his questioning. As a result the normal service was restored. In the evening and on day 2 there were no problems.
Everything was carried out with efficiency but with no disturbance to us.

Very straight forward and informative…

Very straight forward and informative from 1st contact with customer service, appointment booked to fit fibre was quick and simple, friendly engineers, we recieved exactly what they advertised- fast internet and no lagging, after having sky for so long I was doubtful but this is brilliant, faster and cheaper than what we had with sky.
