what they call a free consultation is this: some kinda receptionist listens to you for 5 minutes and concludes: "you definitely need to get a paid legal advice".

I requested a lawyer that accepts legal aid mandats. So far all I was sent was a lawyer whom I must pay 100$ for a consultation.

The legal aid office in my community informed me to not accept that particular laywer along with their service fee of 100$ and to ask for another lawyer...still waiting. Not impressed either.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using JuriGo’s legal services. Despite the 5-star reviews posted on their site, my personal experience was entirely negative. After completing all the required forms and receiving an email confirmation to expect a follow-up, I waited over 20 days without any contact or updates.

Additionally, the evaluation process for claims based on annual income is neither fair nor appropriate. It seems that financial resources are prioritized from the outset, overlooking the rights and vulnerabilities of the community. My request, submitted by my spouse regarding Air Canada, was handled poorly.

Unfortunately, in Canada, the legal profession often seems more focused on generating revenue and issuing certificates than providing genuine assistance to people. Therefore, I cannot endorse JuriGo as a reliable legal service. I urge others to value their time and proceed with caution before trusting this service.
