Insurance policy should be straight…

Insurance policy should be straight forward to fill up and per mile rate could be much better as it's really high at the moment.

Our product is a bit different in how you pay for your car insurance, intending to make it more flexible and affordable. If you drive less, you then pay less.

When running a quote with us, you would have been asked how many annual miles you do - allowing us to provide you with an annual estimate for your insurance. You selected 1,000 miles. If you don't exceed the miles you have stated - the insurance will cost you what we advised at the beginning of your policy.

How the payment works:
You pay a small monthly fee, to cover your car whilst parked. This comes out every month.
Then you have your price per mile. This part is up to you. Each mile will cost you your quoted rate, which then comes out of your pre-paid account.
This account can be accessed through your personal dashboard. You can alter the settings of this account at any point during your policy.
It can be topped up automatically when it falls below a certain amount (which you select) or you can manually top it up to have even more control.

Save your time

Save your time! The process is time consuming to set up and when you do set time aside to set up and have the meeting then they no show/ no call you on several occasions. They apologize and have new staffed assigned and then offers refunds and then that person no longer works there. Seems like high turnover and no customer service.

Jurny - a wholly positive experience

After a lot of research, I found this to be the most cost effective and economical way of paying for my car insurance. Jurny’s Customer Service representatives have been personable, have never kept me waiting more than a few rings, and add the human touch to a super efficient online dashboard that puts you in administrative control and allows you, at no extra cost, to make any necessary changes to your policy throughout the year. I’m glad to say that I can’t find anything to complain about - so far, a wholly positive experience!!

Excellent customer support. better than my previous provider.

Even though I didn’t speak to someone on the phone,
But with just one email to the help team my issues were solved and I started my car insurance on time before the cancellation period ends.

What's not to like?

I do around 2,000 miles a year, so this 'pay-as-you go' process makes a lot of sense and saves me a lot of money. I worked out that should I exceed the 2,000 miles, I could double my annual mileage to 4,000 and STILL be paying less than the next cheapest insurance quote on Comparethemarket.com

Not the most satisfactory experience

Not the most satisfactory experience - I utilized this service for a continuous six months until my policy got terminated due to my failure to top up my balance within the seven-day grace period. Regrettably, I encountered insurmountable difficulties in actually topping up my insurance because of persistent faults with the app and website. These technical glitches rendered me unable to replenish my account as required. I even documented the app's clear inability to facilitate the top-up process, and despite multiple phone calls and emails substantiating my predicament, my policy remained canceled.

This situation strikes me as profoundly unfair for several evident reasons. It seems reasonable to expect a more accommodating approach, given that my inability to top up stemmed from verifiable technical issues for which I provided conclusive evidence. I was assured that the matter was under review, but it has been over a week, and I have not received any updates. This treatment of existing customers leaves much to be desired.

My advice would be to opt for a conventional insurer; it entails far less hassle and doesn't carry the same level of risk.

In May, there was an issue with our system that resulted in technical difficulties when trying to top up insurance. We apologise for any inconvenience you may have faced regarding this issue then.

On August 17th, we issued a cancellation notice for a negative balance, giving you 7 days to top up before any action was taken. On this notice, we do provide a customer service number to ring as well. We only received contact from you after the cancellation had been processed.

We really do strive to provide a seamless and user-friendly experience for all our customers. We have investigated and found no errors regarding this function so, unfortunately, we cannot reinstate your policy.
