I ve ordered 1 pair of glasses and they were sent on 8th Jan. It's now the 15th and that's not the issues so much as the failure to return my calls messages emails. Just blanking people.

Order not recieved and no communication to any enquiries.

Order placed on line, money taken immediately, confirmation sent promotly but absolutely no sign of the glasses 3 weeks later. No reply to email and no reply to phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Website not difficult to navigate, on receipt of item. The glasses are ok, no complains.

company sent me the wrong glasses, finally agreed to refund them if i paid to send them back. sent them back, they didn't answer the door to the postman on 3 occasions and didn't collect them as per the cards left by the postman. so royal mail have now returned the glasses to me. I am out of pocket for the original glasses and now the returned P&P. BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THEY ARE TRUE.

The lens has fallen out twice in a month and now cannot be reinserted.have e mailed but no response.

Beware of this company.
I have bought from them before with no problems, however as soon as you have any sort of issue (my situation: ordered online, money taken immmediately, no order confirmation received, they sent the wrong item) it seems they disappear off the face of the planet. I have repeatedly tried to contact them with no success. I am resigned to having to write off the cost and take the item to a charity shop. Not happy!

Ordered standard glasses on 30 October and money debited immediately. Had no order confirmation email yet I am getting sales emails from them. 3.5 weeks later I've heard nothing and have no glasses. No answer from emails, and have left messages on answerphone but cannot speak to anyone.
Tried to get money back via my banks "chargeback" process but have to wait 30 days before I can do that as Just Glasses never gave me an expected delivery date.
Absolutely rubbish service, would never order from here again.

Very disappointed. I bought night driving glasses. I did not get a confirmation of order but ultimately they arrived with one lens out of the frame which could not be fixed. I have twice sent an email but no response. I would not buy from them again.

Rubbish customer service - sent me the wrong product, then ignored my phone messages and emails, and now expect me to send back the wrong glasses at my own time and expense before issuing a refund. They are having a laugh!

At the beginning of October I ordered reading glasses for £50. I have received an order confirmation. But since then I have not received an answer to my questions about delivery, nor a delivery notification, nor a delivery.
When I placed the order it indicated that everything was in stock!!!
For me a disastrous customer service and a lousy information and delivery policy.
Conclusion: NEVER EVER AGAIN!

I was sent a cheaper product instead of the night driving clip-on I ordered. I tried to contact customer support several times by email and phone and haven't had any response at all. It looks like the company has been in trouble and is no longer able to deliver quality products and services as it did before early 2023.

Seemed to be good quality, but as actually haven’t received them who knows. I know Royal Mail are slow, but they’re not that slow.

Good quality glasses, at a very good price, and with really helpful customer service when I needed to exchange. Will definitely use again.

This was my third order from Just Glasses and they have been very helpful and sent the items promptly. Many thanks

I bought two pairs of glasses from them but they only sent one. When I emailed them about this they did not respond to my emails. Scammers. Avoid.

Excellent quality for the price. Will order again.

I recently ordered two pairs of glasses from this company.They sent the wrong strength.Since sending them back with proof of posting,they have ignored all e-mails and telephone just goes on the answerphone.
I would not recommend using this company and shall update this review if I receive a refund.

Since writing this review I have been contacted by Max.He arranged for refund of the original cost(which has been done) and also said that my postage costs would be refunded too as the mistake was on the part of the company.I have sent a reminder e-mail but no response as yet regarding the outstanding refund.

This update is to acknowledge Max's hard work and customer support regarding a refund on my purchase.I have now had a full refund to cover original purchase and postage to return to company.
Many thanks to him as an individual, as prior to his intervention,no-one else had responded to messages or e-mails.

I had to cancel my order, but they were very gracious about it, cancelled the order and got a refund. No problems at all. Max was extremely helpful - so I would like to thank him.

Ordered Thursday, immediately took money. No confirmation mail. Called twice and met answering service with no call back so far. Emailed without response. Now 6 days post purchase. NOT GOOD
