I have ordered this set of glasses from other online stores over the last several years. Just Glasses are definitely the best. The glasses arrive quickly and well packaged and very well made.

Ordered 3 x pair of glasses, moth later still no delivery, no response from emails, calls are diverted so no communication on the back of the worst service..

Be warned, avoid this company..

A few years ago, I underwent cataract surgery, which significantly improved my distant vision. However, it didn't have a substantial impact on my close-up vision. Consequently, I've been purchasing regular reading glasses and often misplacing them. I decided to give these glasses a try since they're advertised as being of high optician quality and come at reasonable prices. I ordered the same strength that I've been using, and I'm extremely satisfied with them. They are comfortable, lightweight, stay securely in place, and I must say, the quality is truly exceptional.

I ordered a pair of a blue light blocking glasses and I got them delivered to Serbia after two and a half months, which is somewhat understandable taking into account the distance between UK and Serbia. Other than that, everything is Ok, the glasses and the casing you get with them look very nice.
In a meanwhile, I communicated with their stuff through an email about the delivery and they were very kind and friendly. Don't hesitate to order even though you don't reside in England.

I ordered 2 pairs of reading glasses over a week ago. Other than an order confirmation I have not had any indication when or if they have been sent, despite taking payment. There is no response to telephone or email enquiries. Telephone number comes up as "Smoothie Operator" a take away foods company which according to Companies House was dissolved in 2018. I seriously thought this was a scam. However ten days later I did eventually receive my glasses which may have been down to the post office.

Ordered two pairs of reading glasses. Completely wrong order sent to me, making me £4 out of pocket. No reply from my e-mail and no-one answering the phone. Have asked for a refund.

Recently tried Just Glasses through a friend's recommendation. I was a bit hesitant but went with them as they are so low value readers and look decent. Glad to say i was not disappointed!!!

Bought the Giovanni pair last week. Was offered a similar pair in Vision Express for £70. These feel more premium. Can't fault them happy with purchase!

Absolute rip off. Took my order and my money a month ago. No delivery, no notice of any delay...they don't answer the phone either. Am reporting to trading standards.

Super comfy and great value. Love the minimalistic design. Only wish they had more color options. Recommended.

Ordered 6 weeks ago...got an email confirming my order them nothing. No response to my chase ups. Money has been taken, but no glasses and no communication. Absolute rip off....stay away.

Just received my second order in two years as needed slightly different reading strength. Straightforward website and prompt delivery (no tracking). For the low price the glasses are good quality.

Ordered strength 3.50 but was sent 3.00. Whilst ordering their website CONSTANTLY kept changing my 3.50 order to 3.00 !! as I typed. Their disgraceful customer service was DENIAL.I confirmed my order eventually when it APPEARED 3.50 had "stuck" WRONG about that and my choice to deal with such an arrogant deliberately unhelpful shower.

I have purchased several pairs of reading glasses, each of a different style, over the past 2 years from Just- Glasses. Prompt delivery, good quality, lenses to specification and excellent value. Communication with the company has been good too. I would have no hesitation in making further purchases.

Sent off for some cheap glasses from the website, +1.50 .
When they came they were labeled as +1.50 but they didn't correct my vision at all for near sightedness. This is an up to date perscription as well.
Don't bother, they are poor quality opticians.
