Not sure how to put this. The initial order was delivered quickly but not fulfilled. By email I asked and the ensuing communication was excellent resulting in rapid alternative. So 5* is justified and I will use them again.

Trying to avoid amazon, so I bought my glasses case from a small company. They arrived ok but my sunglasses didn't fit so I need to send them back. Have sent 3 emails now with no reply. I wouldn't bother taking a chance again as I now appear to be stuck. Fortunately I ordered with paypal, so there should be a way of getting the money back.

Order my glasses but I ordered wrong colour the lad Max sorted this asap and I was sent the correct pair even though this was my fault!. Top firm

Efficient delivery, and the sunglasses covered my prescription glasses perfectly.

Great choice of glasses, good quality and excellent customer service. I had a small issue with an arm on the glasses, Max arranged for a replacement pair to be sent to me.

On Jan 22 I bought two pairs of reading glasses: Magnetic and Flexible with prescription +2.00 and 1.50 respectively. They arrived on time. After using the Magnetic for a short while one of its legs broke. I emailed Just Glasses for a replacement pair and got it really quickly within a week. I consider their customer service very good.

Large range of frames, easy to navigate website. Excellent customer service and rapid delivery. Very pleased with my glasses and would like more in the same style if they ever produce more colours, e.g. tortoiseshell, multi-coloured etc

I have order 2 x glasses Julius readers 08/12/22. My order no is #62649, it is 3 weeks since my order and the glasses are yet to arrive.
I have sent emails with a copy of my order to this "company" and they have been ignored completely.
I had to give them a 1 star rating only because a 0 option isn't available.
I want the product I paid for and I want them now.

Ordered two pairs of glasses and only one arrived after a long post time . Tried to ring customer services, however it went straight to voice mail. Left a message with my number, however nobody has called me back. If anybody reads these reviews my order number is 62211. Poor service.

My order was delivered promptly & well packaged but sadly the glasses arrived with one lens cracked. I contacted the buyer & explaine that I was going on a 5 week trip just three days later so he replaced the glasses with next day guaranteed delivery. Thanks to the buyers attitude to having satisfied customers I was able to read texts & menus whilst I was away. I feel that level of service deserves a resounding vote of thanks & I will not hesitate to recommend Just Glasse to others.

I had posted a negative review but need to re-submit a new one. I live in Knoxville,TN (US) and my order did not arrive but was shipped promptly. Something happened in the delivery process that is NOT the fault of the business owner. He had no clue I did not receive it and has issued me a refund and an apology. I give the shop 5 STARS. He is obviously a very honest gentleman and I apologize for the misunderstanding. I hope the original review did not affect his business negatively as my original inquiry was issued out of frustration.

The spectacles arrived in the given time. Style and quality was as advertised and expected. Very pleased for the money they cost. Unfortunately they arrived with a small damage to one lens, not easy to see but there. Spoke to just glasses and they immediately sent a replacement pair which arrive in 48 hours. Great customer service.

Order 2 sets of 3 glasses 24/10. Arrived 28/10. One of them had lost its lens. Contacted Just-Glasses by email and received a replacement 2/11, 4-5 days later. No quibbling and no real delay given current postage strikes. In comparison to other online ordering this is very good service in my view.

Only ordered some cleaning cloths for my glasses as they had a good price for these even including delivery charges. They arrived quickly, and are actually very good quality. Cannot comment on other products, but for this I believe I got a very good product at a very good price, and quickly. Amazon had all sorts of crappy ones and way more expensive.

Really pleased with these ,I can’t read anything without glasses so I ordered some reading glasses in 3.5 and they are just perfect for me ,no more struggling to read plus they look nice too and for this price they are an absolute bargain ,will definitely buy again .

Terrible service. No notification of delivery. Been waiting over a week for a pair of glasses. Checked tracking and apparently, they were delivered three days ago. They have not been delivered. I definitely won't be using Just Glasses again. There are plenty of other options and cheaper.

Don’t wait or ponder if these products are to good to be true, just buy them to meet your needs!
