Ordered some reading glasses 10 ago and still not arrived. Emailed just glasses enquiring as to where they are and have received no response. I believe evri (Hermes) are supposed to delivering them. Good luck with that, I hear you all say! Poor customer service. And why evri?

Do not touch this company they send children-size glasses to adults and then they DO NOT HAVE A RETURNS POLICY. even though they say you have 14 days you do not you are just throwing money down the drain. I am planning on taking them to small claims court.

First time using this company and was very impressed with their professional care and attitude.... my order was processed very fast by Just Glasses but lost by Evri UK and upon speaking to the staff at Just Glasses a replacement was dispatched immediately to me. Great service.

I've always had a fantastic pair of glasses supplied by this company. Have purchased numerous pairs of glasses and always impressed by the purchase experience, "faff free" website, speedy delivery, quality product, and most importantly exceptional customer care, as displayed recently when a small problem was reported.
No quibbles just a replacement pair sent out FOC

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and using PayPal. But had no confirmation of the order from Just Glasses so after 5 days of waiting I emailed asking what stage my order was at. I didn't recieve a reply so on day 7 I tried phoning them but each time got put onto an answer phone. So if you order anything don't expect any communication. Day 8 would you believe the glasses arrived. So I opened the first pair
Fine . Opened second pair and one of the lenses fell on the table. I have managed to put it back in. But not impressed 😕

Great, easy to navigate website . Ordered two pairs of glasses, one reading pair and sunglasses.

Slightly concerned didnt receive order confirmation as payment taken by Worldpay . However both pairs arrived, well packaged, within 2 days of ordering complete with protective cases.

I ordered 2 pairs of clip-on sunglasses from this company. One of them was said to have flip-up design in the description. When they arrived this one did not have the flip-up design. I complained to the company but received no reply, not even an acknowledgment. Be wary.

Luv the glasses I received from them. Unfortunately I have had to return 3 pairs because of the arms coming off. They have been very helpful and replaced the glasses immediately. I think it is just a design fault with that peticular style as the pins come loose. They have got a similar style with a different fixing design. The quality of the glasses in generalis really great. Not sure if they've had other customers with the same issues. All in all really great company to deal with and great looking glasses.

Cheap and nasty glasses that were like looking through a goldfish bowl. Can't return them as they won't answer my emails, won't answer the phone, and don't return my calls from the voicemail messages. Oh and their facebook page is full of complaints that they've ignored.
Had to open a paypal dispute, so will have to wait and see if that gets them moving!

Had a query on my order also chasing delivery. Sent several emails and left voicemail messages. No response at all. Have had to contact Paypal. Give this company a very wide berth.

Have been looking for some time for clip on sun glasses, so was really pleased to find them on Just Glasses. Delivery was prompt, and even when a pair didn't arrive, Just Glasses were quick to replace them.

Found Just Glasses on line and ordered some cheap reading glasses as for me these are "perishable" items which hang round my neck most of the day and regularly catch on things. The glasses were well made and light weight, but eventually screws worked loose. So, I went for some non-folding titanium armed ones. These are great, lighter still, strong and flexible with no moving parts. When eventually I broke them by sitting on them in the car, Peter even offered to replace the damaged glasses free of charge. That's what I call great service & I shall stay with Just Glasses for the foreseeable future.

Glasses seem OK, and reasonable value. But they sent the package with insufficient postage, so I had to pay £2.50 extra to Royal Mail to receive it. No reply from Customer Services to my email. This seems a common issue.

Edit: In response to my review, I have just received an email from Max at Just Glasses apologising for the error, and offering a refund of the excess postage.

Truly delighted with my reading glasses from Just Glasses. I needed a compact pair in a hard case that I could take with me in a pocket. All the others I had got broken in their soft case. These are ideal.

I bought 2 pairs of reading glasses from these people less than 6 months ago. Both have now fallen apart and e-mails to Just Glasses have been totally ignored. Summary: cheap rubbish and useless customer service.

Icing on the cake - they keep sending me marketing e-mails despite my request they delete my details

I had an issue with one pair of glasses. Nothing too much and I sent an email to Max about it. Within a few days all resolved. Great service and great customer care. Many thanks Max.

After giving a poor review recently about response time for faulty glasses and seen many poor reviews I have to say although after a few days I was emailed with apologies and I received a new pair within 24 hrs. I'm impressed with that, well done.
