I ordered for the first time and used Apple Pay to check out so didn’t get to apply the discount. I emailed asking if I could cancel and reorder using the discount. Instead they emailed back and applied the discount to my original order and refunded the discount. Amazing customer service!

I purchased trunks for my son and 2 grandsons and they are extremely happy with the trunks. My youngest grandson has ADHD and is very fussy about the feel of clothing and these are the only trunks he will wear. The company is very easy to deal with and even gives offers which are very good. The sizing is perfect.

Fast service and great customer support. Any questions I had were answered. Any help I needed when ordering was given generously! Top job! Top Underwear!

Don't look any further! You've found them...best boxers ever! If you're like me and you think "hey they're pricey" then you're right but you get exactly what you pay for. Comfort, style and more importantly dryness is the reason why I've got 9 pairs and won't buy anything else. Customer service is A1

I ordered some boxer briefs for my partner and had made an error on my order. I contacted customer services and had a swift reply from Joey rectifying my mistake immediately. I love their Trunks, specifically, the fabric is just comfortable and feels like going commando even though you're not!

Really comfortable shorts and socks and worth the money. I have been trying to get a certain colour and size for months with no joy and the reminded me by email isnt working. You cannot buy the socks separately from packages when on the Website. Evri delivery was a nightmare so opt for royal mail. All in all the products are great and I what to buy more its just getting them

These are the most comfortable pieces of underwear that I've worn and I'm a big fan of the pouch - so much more convenient than other designs I've tried. And the customer service from Just Wears is really good too - helpful and friendly, can't recommend them enough

I spend a fortune with these lot. They advertise £10 off your next purchase for a survey to do then don't offer you the £10 , even after an email asking why they couldn't be bothered to reply.
May seem like a small thing but I won't be going back.

I bought nine pairs of boxers for £109 in February. Six months later two pairs had developed holes in the exact same place, and every other pair was starting to show weakness at the same seams. Clearly using materials that aren't made to last a very long time.

A month later and another two pairs have holes in them, and I imagine by the time I get to February, every single pair will.

They are incredibly comfortable but I am so disappointed by the stitching quality, and that I spent so much on boxers that are unlikely going to last me a year (and that's with nine pairs, so I'm hardly over-wearing them).

I have stuck to the care instructions; not once have I used fabric conditioner or washed them above 30*C, yet they've still deteriorated.

The most comfortable underwear I have worn, you don't know you are wearing them. I have for as long as I can remember been a *&S customer, but had to change to something more comfortable. I found JustWears website with their underwear designed for the user. Great styles, patterns and colours. The ecstasy on first wearing great soft material, no more feeling that my leg was being cut off, squashed balls or worst still falling out of them and constantly having to rearrange my underwear. BLISS!!! Thank You you have given me a boost. They are so comfortable I even think if the sun comes out again I would wear them as shorts around the garden.

I am already trying many years and many brands to find the best comfortable (dual) pouch underwear, and this is IT! Like a second skin, efficient breathable, very soft AND it keeps your things in place whatever you move, or you are on the move.
The shopping experience is great : available colors, sizes, choices, ordering and paying process and most important the delivery is smooth and ontime.
So let's say almost perfect, cause some improvement can be done on the relative stiff waistband, and a lower price please.

Easy set up to order, a nice selection of styles of underwear. Many various colours. Got delivered in under 5 days. The icing on the cake though is the comfort the boxers gives you. Size fitted perfectly. I will never go back to normal cotton boxers ever again. JustWears r the ones.

Pants fit well and the pouch is good but the waistband is very tight and uncomfortable compared to other brands. Not all of us have washboard stomachs. Very disappointed for the price.

Super comfy, but after a year or so, the elastic looks terrible,all crissed , it even happened to some a few weeks after I received them and customer service never replied to my complaint

After years of issues with chafing about 1 year ago I decided to try pouch/ anti chafing underwear. This is about the 5-6 different brand I have tried and so far my favourite! Some of the other brands with a pouch system I have found things will get displaced throughout the day or at night while asleep. These however keep everything in place 24/7! No chafing, great comfort, things stay in place, great and soft materials & very breathable! Ill certainly be buying more!

My boyfriend says these are THE most comfortable pants he’s ever had. He says they are lightweight, very soft and keep everything where it ought to be!
Service is great - these always arrive very quickly.
