As first time buyers me and my partner felt quite daunted by the process but Aimee made us feel comfortable and confident with throughout the process. We started looking at getting a mortgage last January but due to family circumstances we had to put this on the back burner, just before Christmas we got back in touch with Emma to see what sort of mortgage we could apply for. Emma got back to us with in the day with options of what we could do.
We found a house that we fell in love in, we spoke with Emma and Aimee and with in a week we had our Mortgage offer issued! They where both absolutely fabulous, we have never felt out of the loop and as soon as they had an update they where on the phone or emailing to let us know. I thought getting our first mortgage would be so stressful, but Emma and Aimee have made it a lovely experience and have truly gone above and beyond. We are so grateful to them both.

Well from start to finish Just4mortgages have been very professional especially Aimee and Emma but all the staff dealing with my slightly confusing 3 remortgage s and i was under a short time scale. They provided up dates and if anything needing to be changed. It was all completed on time . I would like to thank the whole team and I will definitely use them again.

From the first appointment with Kerri we were made to feel very welcome, and every question was answered and explained so we could understand what was happening.
We were kept updated every step of the way.
The service we received from Just4mortgages was completed on their end quick and easy.
I would happily recommend just4mortgages to others.
My only issue was Russell&Russell solicitors.
Russell&Russell were working on behalf of the lender,pepper money NOT just4mortgages.
Russell&Russell time scale in completing the remortgage was ridiculous.
We were meet with excuses after excuses from the solicitors, system is down, short staffed, waiting on a document from the council ( they used the council excuse twice ).
When we voiced our frustration to the Just4mortgages , Jasmine who works on the admin team repeatedly tried to contact the solicitors via email and phone calls. Russell&Russell took days to answer any questions and when they did it was more excuses.
Jasmine was fantastic and give 100% effort in trying to contact the solicitor. Jasmine would constantly give us updates on the things that she was doing to get everything resolved quickly.
If it wasn't for Jasmine, I would have given up with the remortgage, I can't thank her enough.
I would definitely recommend just4mortgages, and that is due to Kerri and Jasmine.

Additionally by keeping on top of the market and repeated searches as I went through the buying process and even lower rate was found a few months in , the reduced rate actually covered the mortgage broker fee so can't thank them enough. Great service, communication and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
