Watch Collectors box
I received Mathey Tissot Collectors box via Royal Mail, I am pleased with it but I noticed a scratch on the front of the box which is disappointing as I would expect it to be checked before dispatch it is over 2 inches long, can you advise me if this can be returned to be replaced.

The watch box was brilliant Tom in Liverpool

Their sales service is fantastic, ordered over the weekend during a sales promotion.
So from them receiving the order to the parcel being delivered 32 hours. Outstanding.

When there is a problem with a watch…
When there is a problem with a watch and you return it, for repare/replacement. There is no follow up information, I have emailed them 3 or 4 thimes and left a voicemail message but as yet no reply.

Kindly be advised I have emailed you on 23rd May, 30th May, 4th June, 17th June & 24th June to which I have had 0 response back from you.
I believe there could be an issue with the emails and have advised on several occasions to please check your junk / spam folder.
If you would like to discuss this further then please feel free to give us a call tomorrow as I will be in the office from 10am - 4pm.
