Friendly & helpful staff when speaking with them & purchasing items is quick & easy & the item arrives within 48 hours via the Post Office with tracked parcels. The last item I purchased was a stainless steel bracelet for a new watch I bought from them. 10/10 for their quick & efficient service.

Lose pin screw
Hi, I just tried my watch on yesterday, and it was very nice looking. But that night, before bed, I was going to take it off, and it felt very loose. It had lost one of the wee screws that hold the strap to the pin. Before selling the watches, those screws should be checked and torqued to the right tightness. I looked everywhere, but I can't find it. How do I get a new screw? I can't wear the watch.

Great customer service.
I thought that I'd got an issue with the watch, so I emailed Katie. She was very quick to respond and gave me a solution, but also said that if it didn't work then Kevinwould call me that afternoon. Turns out, it was just my lack of knowledge that was the problem, not the watch. Very good customer service.
