Elderly mother attempted to book a ticket. Flight not confirmed and when she attempted to cancel (within a hour of initial booking) and they charged her $75 despite no verbiage on their website stating there is a cancellation fee. They would not consider refunding the fee.

Great Experience
My husband and I called Justair with a question and were fortunate to have Victor Dawson answer. He ended up not only answering our question, but booking our flights for us. Booking flights is daunting, but Victor was so knowledgeable, polite and kind that we felt comfortable and confident. We are thankful for all his patience and overall help!

100% scam. You book a flight through a 3rd party that is then routed to these guys who call after booking, say there was a mistake and try to up sell you then if you try to dispute the ticket they try to get you with a cancelation fee of $50+
