Total scam! Once you purchase your ticket, they call you and say you need to either change the dates or pay twice as much.

My experience with the agent was great he was very patience with me on the phone and he explained any questions I had about my flight!

I spotted an attractive flight price on justairticket.com compared to other sites and airlines, so I proceeded to book it directly on their website. The fare was clearly displayed and I completed the booking expecting confirmation at that price.
Shortly after, I received an email (followed by a phone call) insisting I authorize payment at a much higher amount than shown during booking. They gave me two ridiculous options: pay the inflated price or cancel with a $50 fee.
This is a blatant bait-and-switch scam – lure with low prices to lock in the booking, then pressure for more money afterward. I refused both options and firmly told them I would not pay extra, and if they attempted any unauthorized charge, I would dispute it immediately with my bank/credit card company.
Upon hearing that, they backed down and canceled the booking with no charge at all – exactly as I demanded. No $50 fee, nothing.

Travis was very helpful when I called him about the ticket booking process. Good experience overall at a reasonable ticket price.

We were extremely careful about our flight arrangements for this trip. It was necessary to book our family trip using ten 1-way tickets rather than 5 round-trips, because it reduced the cost significantly. When we booked with Justairticket (which is a travel agency), our cost was set and we booked our tickets. Shortly thereafter, we were contacted with the bad news - the price at which we had booked had increased. Unfortunately for us, our other nonrefundable 1-way tickets were already paid for and our options at that point were limited. We paid about 115% of what we booked. I spoke with a kindly agent, Bob, who was unable to help with our dilemma because he was wearing a headset far away in India. Nice guy, but I don't think our paths will cross again, because I will not ever again be working with Justairticket. Fare well, Bob.
