Not happy that they started charging a monthly fee of $69 which I wasn't aware of. I thought there was a fee of only $8.(which they said was refundable) Contacted the company right away, when I saw the $69 monthly fee on my credit card. My advice would be not to give them your credit card number.

My experience with the technician was…
My experience with the technician was quite pleasant and informative so I have no issues with that. My issue is that I was charged $35 for something that I never agreed to and was never informed that I would be charged at when I tried yesterday to go through your site. You tried to get me to sign up again and give you five more dollars which as far as I’m concerned, it’s just another opportunity to rip me off again so I appreciate you sending this so that I don’t have to go through that again. There was a prompt that came up. That asked if I wanted someone to take control of my device and fix it to technician said just to ignore it which I did. At no time did I agree to pay $35 and again was never informed that I was going to be. I never received an email that indicated that, nothing. I feel your company has ripped me off, perhaps that was a mistake, but I would like to have my $35 returned. Thank you for your assistance and I look forward to the return of my money.
