First rate company providing first rate service. Spoke to them on the telephone on three occasions and very happy with the experiences. No hesitation to recommend them ... and their balance bikes are great too!

Just Balance Bikes were the only retailers I found with the Yedoo Too Too I was after, and so I chose them over ordering a different model from Amazon. It was delivered promptly and I have not had any further communications because I haven't needed to.

They seem like a well-run business, so I'm happy to support them.

The bike is a Christmas present for my granddaughter so we have not assembled it yet and so cannot comment on its quality but I cannot fault Just Balance bikes on their customer service. I needed to delay delivery and they were helpful and efficient. Great customer service!
I also found their advice on how to choose the size of the bike very useful.

I spoke to the company first to get advice on which bike to purchase - they knew their products and the bike arrived in a couple of days. Couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with. Bike is great quality and exactly what we were hoping for.

The first axle I ordered was unfortunately lost in the post. As soon as I let just balance bikes know that the goods had t shown up they sent another which arrived the next day. It's what service should be like. Very professional

I was looking for ages at different balance bikes for my son who is 2 in January and when I called just balance bikes they were so helpful in advising me on the difference between the bikes and the best one for my son.
I ordered the Yedoo TooToo on Friday and it arrived on Saturday, well packaged and easy to assemble (most of it is already done). It is a lovelybike and I can't wait for my son to see it.
If you are in doubt just give them a call for advice.

Ordering was really easy, delivery was super quick. The bike is great really light and pretty, my little girl loves it!

Ordered a balance bike on Wednesday and received it on Thursday. Cannot fault the service from Just Balance Bilkes. The web site is easy to navigate, and they have a good selection of bikes and helmets. I would have rated Just Balance Bikes 5 stars but my order came with a fault/damage. When informed the staff couldn't be more helpful and the issue is in the process of being resolved
