I was looking for the best balance bike for my nephew for Christmas. I was struggling to find the best one suitable for his age and something he can grow up with for the next couple of years. When I found Just Balance Bikes their website was really clear and highlighted which each bike was suitable for which help me make a better, informed decision. The delivery was really fast and the bike is amazing quality. So impressed

Ordered on line in Milton Keynes Shopping Mall having failed to find the Kiddimoto bike in any of the normal shops. Ordered on Sat and delivered on the following Tuesday - all very easy and good price

I ordered a Kiddimoto super max pastel dotty for my 2 1/2 yr old daughter. The bike is lovely.
Great purchase and best price on the internet.
The bike arrived promptly, unfortunately when I opened it up there was a small chip on the frame.
I emailed customer service and they emailed back within an hour and half apologising for the inconvenience and arranged delivery of a replacement bike, they delivered the replacement bike the next day and also arranged pick up of the other bike at the same time.
I would buy from this company again and also happily recommend to family and friends.

No problems with ordering or bike purchased but delivery never arrived on the day promised, when chased I was informed they would chase the item and call back which never materialised. Bike arrived a day late which happened to be a little inconvenient.

Ordered bike for Grandson, no problem, in stock and price acceptable. Money debited from account and then told by email that the delivery charge would be £18.00 and not £5.50 AS ADVERTISED! Somewhere on their website it apparently states the substantially higher charge but I can't find it. So if you live in Scotland (not the Highlands) beware before you order. Got one delivered today from Tesco for half the price.

I ordered a safety helmet and pads for my toddler. They arrived the next day. They look wonderful and my little boy loves the skull helmet!
