I ordered 2 bikes for my granddaughters aged 2 1/2 and 4 years old. They arrived promptly as promised. Both girls absolutely love them. Very good quality. We ordered matching helmets as well which both girls did not want to take off! Since my purchase we have had a lot of fun enjoying the bikes.

Delivery came bang on time. Bike looks good. I have emailled Paul with a question about it But Iam confident that he will answer it satisfactorily.

We received the order very quickly, the bike was good quality as per the write up on the site. When I had a query they responded immediately. My son loves his bike and I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

The promised next day delivery was as good as its word. The bike was well packaged and easy to put together. The only concern was that I did not receive e mail confirmation that my order was secure. However, on putting my enquiry online, the company rang me promptly the next day to let me know that all was well.

I recently made my first purchase with Just Balance & although I have yet to see the item purchased (the item is still currently boxed as is a Xmas Gift for my son) I must say that the Customer Service I experienced was 1st Class. I had to contact Just Balance via the phone with regards to my order, the staff that I spoke with were extremely friendly & helpful & my order arrived the very next day after I placed my order.

Having received my order number, I was slightly worried that an email confirmation didn't arrive within the time stated. However, I contacted Customer Services and got a very quick and helpful response, and the bike arrived safely.

Good pictures with good description of each bike. Very easy to order and text prior to delivery. Thank you.

Bought a kiddomoto balance bike and service from ordering to delivery was perfect my two year lod son loved his birthday present.

Items arrived the next day, well packaged. Clear instructions for assembly, well made bike. Perfect for youngsters.

Minor criticism so others are aware, an Allen key is required to tighten the brake lever, and tyres need inflating fully so a pump too. I have tools and a pump so was no issue, just something to be aware of for others

Brilliant service wonderful product, our grand-daughter will be over the moon on her third birthday next week.

The bike looks nice, very nice paint finish to high quality. Easy to put together with a few tools, the instructions could be a bit clearer though.

Great service, bike arrived promptly in perfect condition.

A well made and designed bike with a brake, a turn limiter. a good range of seat heights, manageable weight and a comfortable riding position/seat. There are perhaps slightly better bikes (a little lighter, a flexible turn limiter, maybe a drum brake) at much higher prices but this is a great compromise.
