Fast tracked delivery and item was as described. People might be surprised (like I was) at how small the bike is. Having checked against other bikes of this type though, it is the same size. The bike has to be small enough for the child to have not only their feet flat on the floor, but their knees bent to ride it.

Bike arrived the next day as advertised, it was eay to assemble and seems sturdy.I bought this for my grandsons 3rd birthday and I think he will be thrilled with it.

The balance bike we bought is excellent and was greatly enjoyed by 3 of my grandchildren on recent visits. I had a small query which they dealt with most satisfactorily and very quickly.

I placed my order on Sunday, received confirmation of its dispatch on Monday, and received the balance bike by mid afternoon on Tuesday. Just less than 48 hours from order to delivery. Fantastic.
The bike was superbly packaged, easily assembled, and is now ready to ride for my 2 year old granddaughter. Thank you Just Balance Bikes.

This is a UK based company with stock in the UK. I ordered on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. Spoke to the team to confirm my selection and gave additional advise. Excellent service, good people who know their market and want to do the best for their customers.

After searching the Internet and shops for a balance bike for my daughters 3rd birthday I finally came across what looked like a quality well priced bike from Just Balance Bikes.

I wasn't disappointed!

The bike is solid, well made and looks great!! My daughter loves it!! The helmet, bell and knee/elbow pads are also well made and look fantastic. I ordered the bike and bits on Tuesday night and it all arrived Thursday morning.

The whole experience was so easy and the service fantastic.

I'd ordered the wrong bike and sent it to a different address ('cos its a pressy for some-one), but they were able to get it swapped with the right one for me.

Easy to order online and the bike was relatively easy to put together. Brought this for my 2 year old's birthday and whilst she is just able to put her feet flat on the floor with the saddle at the lowest setting she was really excited. There's flexiblilty in being able to move the height of the handlebars and saddle so it will grow with her.

Ordered easily online following a chat on the telephone to get additional advice as we were buying two bikes, our granddaughters being so close together in age. Disappointed with the delivery service - we were at home in the yard/garden at the rear but no attempt other than to ring the front door was made to deliver items. The driveway to the side of the house is not gated and a cursory look would have found us at home. Just Balance Bikes were very sympathetic but circumstances were out of their control.
